Location was great
Breakfast was a bit basic
I like that there’s food and gas stations within walking distance. The rooms were clean for the most part. And I loved that the tv could connect streaming services.
The hallways had a funky smell. There was 4 staff member I interacted with and I liked 3/4 of them. They were accommodating and friendly. Now the worst part was that we had to switch rooms twice. We booked a suite and yet first room the toilet didn’t flush, then the second the drains were not working at all. The shower ended up pooling everywhere and it leaked to the carpet and then the water in the sink just wouldn’t go down either. I had to ask for something for the inconvenience instead of it being automatically offered. The second time we moved rooms it was in the middle of the night. For all that we only got a free beverage that I had to ask for. The stay would’ve been nice if the rooms didn’t have so many problems.
Proximity to the airport and the pool area is nice
You had to walk a long way for the elevators. They are in strange locations.
It was a nice continental breakfast.
I usually travel by myself and I manage well enough. I am physically disable, unable to use the right side of my body, and wheelchair bound. I have always stayed in a in one of the rooms for disable persons. What I have experienced, is the beds in these rooms are too high and very difficult for someone in a wheelchair to get in bed. It would be great and a simple fix if the beds were lowered 4 or 5 inches so that the physically impaired wheelchair bound persons can maintain their own independence when getting into the bed.
Thank you
I liked the location, the staff were very friendly.
Shower was super dirty had hairs all over it. In addition, the facility seems a little outdated. I think h they did a good job of making the photos look nicer than it actually was.
