Rooms not clean, shower had mold and smelly shower curtain. Main door squeaked when open and close. A lot of room for improvement.

Chloe at the front desk was exceptional! Her professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness was much appreciated after an unexpected overnight stay in Miami because of a missed connection.
The area for guest to sit during breakfast was a bit tight. A secondary room can be opened and eventually the crowd at breakfast slowed down. The ladies working the breakfast kept it quickly refilled. They deserve a shout out!
