An exceptional stay defined by outstanding hospitality, impeccable service, and exceeded expectation
Pros:

My stay at the Nairobi Serena Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. What stood out most was the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. Every team member was approachable, courteous, and always available to assist, making me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay.

The room was immaculate, well-stocked, and thoughtfully arranged. Housekeeping maintained a consistently high standard, providing fresh, clean bedding and linens every day, while all room amenities and electronics functioned perfectly. Room service was equally impressive. Prompt, attentive, and reliable.

One thing that became very clear after speaking with several team members was the quality of their training. Everyone seemed empowered to ensure that guests' needs were not just met but exceeded, which was evident in every interaction.

The dining experience deserves special recognition. The themed dinners each evening were well planned, beautifully presented, and offered a fantastic variety of delicious dishes. The chefs were particularly helpful and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable.

From the welcoming team and security staff to check-in, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant teams, and management, everyone clearly understood their roles and delivered service to an exceptional standard. The staff were consistently friendly, offered excellent recommendations, and created an atmosphere that truly made me feel at home.

A special thank you to Elizabeth Njeri (Front Office Manager), Victoria at check-in, Thomas the doorman, and the managers and entire team at the Maghreb Restaurant for their outstanding hospitality and dedication.

Thank you to everyone at the Nairobi Serena Hotel for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to returning soon and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi.

1. The reception staff were attentive, professional, and consistently welcoming. Despite spending long hours on their feet, they always greeted guests with warm smiles. John was an excellent listener, courteous, and exceptionally helpful throughout my stay.

2. The concierge team were the highlight of my stay and played a significant role in making my experience truly exceptional. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr. Calvin and the concierge lady for their outstanding service. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent organization of my trips made a lasting impression that I will never forget.
