Such a friendly staff, and lovely facility. The location was great, the room and daily service to the room was prompt and thorough. The harbour view made our stay more interesting and the nautical theme to the rooms was unique.

The location is across the road from the harbour front. We had a harbourside view and could see signal hill and the boats from our room. It is within walking distance from many restaurants and pubs/entertainment . The rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Checkout isn’t until noon which is always a plus when staying away from home.
A bit overpriced for the room and the hotel amenities. There isn’t a pool which is always the highlight when our kids go for a night out. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
Too expensive. Extra for parking. No microwave small room for the price.

we lost stuff form the room and i asked the receiptionist before we left. They didn't refill the shower gel for all 4 nights of our stay. they should have been more proactive to make sure everything is there before guests come in.

The location is very good for shopping, dining and seeing the harbour. The area is very hilly and walking can be good exercise. There are many historical sites in the area.
Everything was fine and I have no issues to complain about.

Old heating/AC units were loud and struggled to get the room to a nice cool sleeping temperature.
