Pros:

Had a problem with the reservation and received no help whatsoever. Very disappointed in the lack of response from management.

For.what I was charged I could've stayed elsewhere

Well to start off there was no one in the front desk area when we arrived we had to wait 20 min or more for someone to arrive after multiple people were waiting in the lobby no one apologized for making us wait for so long. The room in which we stayed in was not the best, the tile was peeling off from the restroom, there was a big water stain in the ceiling above the bed, it was also outdated I expected better conditions since it's a Marriott

Pros:

The breakfast was OK. It was eggs, sausage, and some French toast. the only thing I would’ve liked was if they had the French vanilla creamers they had some, but I don’t know what kind they were and they were alright just not flavorful

Cons:

Actually for the price, I got exactly what I was expecting so there really wasn’t anything I did not like it was clean. The beds were comfortable. I would’ve liked a couple more pillows on my bed but other than that, it was OK.

I reserved a King Room and to my surprise I checked in and went up to the room only to find out that I wasn’t given a King Room, instead a double bed room. When I went down to the check in desk and complained about it, then and only then was I told that the King Rooms were overbooked. Mind you, at the time of my reservation, there was still 5 King Rooms available.

We liked the location of property, the cleanliness of the room and their amenities. 😊

Cons:

Arrived at location past our check-in time of 3:00 pm around 4:30 pm ample time to have room ready yet we had to wait in line due to housekeeping delays and definitely did not like breakfast options and kitchen staff at all they were inattentive to keep up with stocking up on it and person in charge of it was abruptly pushy/somewhat rude...😒
