the young people has checked in to my next door apartment and were partying all night ,I was with family couldn't sleep they were yelling and very noisy ,badly ,
I think this hotel must be more careful about who checked in the apartments as the people come there normally with family

Alot of people with dogs and some not cleaning up after themselves. Sad considering all else.

El sillón cama no se podía dormir, era muy viejo y se doblaba mucho, por lo que dolía la espalda.
No hacer el aseo todos los días. Estuvimos 10 días y ofrecían hacer el aseo al día 6, pero con calendarizacion. Cuando iba a solicitarlo el día 7 me dicen que estaban llenas las reservas (no es automático) y tenía que dejarlo para el día 8. Por dos días no valía la pena. Como no hacen aseo regularmente, al quinto día empezó un olor a hongos feo del baño, tuve que ir a Walmart a comprar productos y hacer yo misma el aseo del baño.
El cambio de toallas es muy engorroso, se dejan las toallas fuera de habitación y después las traen. De los 10 días, solo 1 me dieron la toalla de piso en el set de baño, el resto solo fueron toallas de baño y de manos.
El primer día no quisieron darnos toalla de piscina, mientras que a otros huéspedes sí lo hacían. Tuve que dirigirme a alguien de la reserva que fuera más amable y me ayudó a conseguirlas. Deberían capacitar al personal del lobby en el trato a los extranjeros. La mayoría que va a un hotel es por vacaciones, sobretodo en Los Ángeles. Se notaba las preferencias hacia huéspedes americanos por sobre los extranjeros. Cuando les pedíamos hablar en inglés más lento para entenderlos no lo hacían.

room dirty, open outlets on wall and bathroom panel exposed plumbing- we needed to check out one day early and charged us for night not stayed- they double dipped on our room-

First walked in the musty smell was overwhelming, mold in the shower, the sofa bed was small and basically your were sleeping on springs (had to ask for extra blanket to add more cushion). We had two King Suite rooms (one smelled better then the other) now when we got to the other room it was not a King we called the front desk and told them it was not a King they basically said we were lying and all the King suites had King beds. So we took pictures to compare and we even showed the front desk so they know we weren’t lying. They said they would let the manager know but we all know that won’t happen or they won’t care. I would have asked to switch rooms but they said they were sold out at the time.

Had to wait too long to check out. More than 20 minutes

Not recommend and will not come back again. We booked a week of stay Sunday to Friday, checked in on Sunday the front seat showed us the location of the room and said nothing else. Called Monday morning to see if there is room service, front desk said not on daily basis but we can request, we picked up towels and tried to schedule a cleaning service same day, but nothing happened. Tuesday we were curious so I went to front desk in person to ask if we can get room cleaning service, front desk said it is too late they can not schedule. On Wednesday, I went to ask again, the front desk guy said it is scheduled for Thursday but I can pick up the towels first. I was a bit annoyed already, they called on Wednesday to confirm, we confirmed. On Thursday morning during breakfast, I asked again if there is room cleaning service since there were a bit of sand on the bed that we need cleaning. Front desk checked the computer and confirmed our room is scheduled for cleaning. 7pm when we get back, guess what, no room cleaning service since, so I was a bit annoyed and called the front desk, a different employee picked up and said to me ridiculously, he said we only stay for 5 days, NO CLEANING SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED UNLESS WE STAY FOR 7 days. And he want to charge us $45 for the cleaning services which until this moment we got promised so many times that none of them mentioned anything like he said, and we are leaving on Friday and never plan to come back ever again. The whole communication is misleading, from one employee to another is telling all the different information and not respecting their words nor promises. Not respecting customers for sure and arrogant throughout the conversation. We did not asked for crazy service, we picked up all the towels needed and just asked if they could help us to clean the sand on the bed. This is a first time among hundreds of hotels we stayed and it is the worst service ever.
