It was nice and relaxing
Pros:

How close it was to my destination for work. I liked the fast service I got when one of the appliances didn’t work. And fast customer service.

Cons:

Maybe more things in the hotel that I could use. Complimentary breakfast would be nice. Maybe a recommendation of places to go.

Due to my hubby condition, I booked a disable room for easier access. To my surprise it was nothing like the description
Pros:

Fairly close by attractions.

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable. Book a disable room, bed was super high about 3ft high. Room looks clean but our feet were super dirty afterwards.

The location was good. Room was clean and comfortable.

Overall the place was clean, good location and comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was pretty poor. Could have had more of a variety. The room was pretty bare. Could have at least had coffee maker in the rooms

Pros:

Clerk was prompt and polite

Cons:

Was charged twice an only had one reservation so clerk had to cancel another reservation that was in my name. Don't know why it showed two reservations on their end an only one on mine

If staying one day it’s great but wouldn’t suggest multiple days.
Pros:

The room was great for our family of 3 adults and 2 children. We liked that it had a kitchen and large fridge. It was close to where we were visiting and easy to get to. Staff was nice.

Cons:

The walls were very dirty and the carpet left our feet dirty just by walking on it. The back room with the two beds was warm but they did provide a fan for the back room. We had no coffee maker in the room. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned and we when we came back after the cleaning the water in the bathtub was left on and the tub was dirty. We were also given small bags to take our own trash out the second day as we were told they only clean every other day. The walls were super thin and the neighbors next to us were loud and kept us up until 2:30 in the morning. We probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Pros:

I liked the temperature. Nothing about the motel was appealing or satisfying or comfortable. To the Jets were broken in the hot tub. The water never got hot except for one time the 3 days that we were there. I mentioned it to management and he came into the room and argued with me saying that the water is as hot as it gets. Did nothing about the pieces that came out of the hot tub or the broken jet. The plug switch is hanging out of the wall by the wires
