The room was clean. We thought the location was perfect till we saw the surrounding area.

Cons:

To start, they charged the room to our card prior to our checking in (we had stated we pay at check in), the area appears a bit rough and we heard traffic all night, the mattress was terrible and needs to be replaced (makes you roll into the center),and finally we left a day early yet they still charged us for that day. Never again. I am surprised that Best Western attaches their name to this.

Terrible room smelled bad and terrible breakfast.
Pros:

I liked the friendly staff.

Cons:

I did not like the entire room. The beds were not comfortable and the room smelled like mold. The breakfast was terrible it was frozen waffles and stale cereal. Not worth the price.
