We stayed at the hotel the night of our wedding. The hotel unexpectedly prepared our room with magical touches. This made our stay so memorable. We are so grateful for you being apart of our wedding. It felt like luxury adding to this very special time. We woke up to beautiful views in the heart of Cambridge. So generous everything was making this place now forever special to us.
We had a formal wedding reception elsewhere and the hotel was the final stop of our day. We had already spent considerable money on our guests up to this point. We hoped to come and access your bar facilities and each guest to pay for themselves. Our friends and family like to have a nice time. However on arrival we were told it was only table service which meant we had to pay. This considerably slowed down the pace and meant people drank less and finished earlier than we had hoped :(
Old world grandeur with a comfortable bed and nice shower.
Although very nice, seemed a little over priced for the room, car parking and breakfast.

Unfortunately our first night our room was canceled because hotel was overbooked so we had to be moved to another hotel for one night
My wife and I are repeat guest. Room was initially charming, but because our stay was broken up into part cash, part points, we ran into annoying issues with keys not working for elevator and room when we made the transition to second half of stay. Even though the front desk reprogrammed the keys! A second front desk person had better luck. Also the team get forgetting to pick up out early morning room service filled out form. They claim they walked by but can’t be because I filled it out and left outside door at 9-10pm both nights. Also there were times when no one stopped by to clean the room. Had to keep asking. And one day my wife stayed outside on the balcony why they cleaned then when she came back in she noticed the team forgot the sheet and had to do over again. So not enough towels most days and not enough water. My wife also got sick one morning from the food in the morning buffet. Food poisioning or something so it was rough. So our second experience at university arms was difficult vs two years ago. Not sure if we’ll return but staff at least is always kind. We’d likely have to have a strong incentive to return. Maybe an accommodation or something meaningful. Was rough. Tired regards, Bryan Mckenney.

Odadaki kanepede ciddi lekeler vardı. Ayrıca rezervasyon da belirtilmeyen engelli odasında kalmak zorunda kaldık. Banyo kullanımında çok sıkıntı yaşadık.
Helpful staff, attractive and well appointed room. Pleasant bar and restaurant, good food and wine list. A very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Hotel well placed to explore Cambridge and beyond.
