A very nice Holiday inn
Pros:

Its convenient to get to and right across a car park. Also it's one a the best holiday inns I have ever been to.

Cons:

I requested a new hair dryer because the one in my room didn't work. And they never brought it up .

Very convenient location, cosy room and excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Lovely lady welcomed me at reception and was very helpful. Nice cosy room with expected facilities. Very good breakfast, extensive range of items to eat/drink. Car park across road as described and hotel very convenient for Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. Good value for money

Delighted overall. Will stay again
Pros:

Bed and room were excellent.
Had dinner in the restaurant and food was great.
A nice buffet breakfast in the morning.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet - the food could have been a bit hotter. It was only warm.
