Locatie is ok.
Veel en veel te duur voor het geboden comfort: piepklein bad waarin je als volwassenene niet kunt zitten. Airco is opbouw en luidruchtig. Ontbijt is ondermaats: hoewel het aanbod ok is, was de kwaliteit van bijvoorbeeld de koffie gewoon slecht. Lange tijd geleden dat ik in een hotel koffie kreeg aangeboden die niet van gemalen bonen was. Eén toaster voor alle gasten die niet functioneerde naar behoren. Personeel is niet echt begaan met de gasten.

Location was good. Close to shops, restaurants and city. Very clean room and bathroom. Plenty of power points and mirrors in rooms. Excellent breakfast.
No parking directly out the front to unload bags. However there is a parking station opposite the property.
staff were excellent
Comfy bed, clean, smart.
Baffling lights and switches. Gloomy even with all lights on. Tiny bath. Very noisy. Not the aircon, but some sort of plant or external roof fan rumbled all night making sleep impossible. Almost dozed off, but then Glasgows traffic, bin lorries and all the rest of it started, demonstrating that the soundproofing of the glazing was inadequate.
The duty manager said that nobody had ever said such a thing before, yet there are many examples of exactly the same complaint on line.
Lovely bedroom, clean. Onsite restaurant is really good. Fantastic staff.
