Beautiful hotel with very comfortable accommodations. Located close to the Marylebone neighborhood with shops and great restaurants. The staff was truly amazing!

Hotel is a lovely traditional grand hotel with loads of history, what's not to unlike 5 stars. Great service very clean, beds are soo comfortable would recommend Oh Afternoon tea a must..
We booked this stay as a treat for my daughter’s 28th birthday.
There were treats and a card in the room which were a nice touch.
The hotel is centrally located. A short walk to the Theatres, Regent Street and close to Mainline Stations.
Its a very nice hotel, beautiful building, lovely facilities, friendly staff. But so it should be for the price. And for the price i just felt it fell a little short.
The dinning hall isnt very large which is probably why they are so attentive to the point of annoying at breakfast. It was as if they wanted to get us turned around quickly.
The room was nice but our bed was too soft and had the ups and downs of the Himalyas and the bed had no sheets just a duvet which meant you were either hot or cold. My mistake i should have complained but i am not good at confrontation.
Just finishing a 5 night stay at the Langham, and I am impressed! I travel a lot, and this is one of the finest 5 star properties I have ever stayed at. The building is historic and beautiful, and the entire property is spotless. We had a two bedroom suite, and it was luxurious and one of the best equipped rooms I have ever had, including a lovely kitchenette. The bathrooms are beautiful, and I enjoyed the gym and small spa. I also suggest booking a room with access to The Langham Club, which is incredible. Great location, wonderful professional staff. It is everything a 5 star hotel should be!
