Please note that the rates on this website are quoted in EUR but that guests are charged in local currency at the front desk. Rates are based on the daily exchange rate. Children under the age of 6 can benefit from breakfast free of charge. For children between the ages of 6- and 12, 50% discount is offered. The regular fee is applied for guests aged 13 or older. Guests staying in executive and suite-type rooms have privileged access to Executive Lounge. Tea, coffee and nonalcoholic drinks are served between 11.00 - 23:00. Alcoholic drinks are also available while guests are also served snacks at certain times of the day. Valet parking is 3 Euros. Standard WiFi access is free, whereas high-speed wireless is offered at a surcharge.

Pros:

Great location, super comfortable beds and attentive staff. Did not realize it but we left a purse in the reception area over night by accident and it was returned to us in the morning. Very nice and honest staff.

Pros:

The staff at the reception is AMAZING! Very friendly, cooperative and helpful. I arrived before check-in time, but the lady at the reception gave me an early check-in free of charge. In less than 10 mnts I was sitting comfortably in my room which made my day much easier

Cons:

The only thing that bothered me was the spa and pool receptionist. There was a rude guest who for some reason was annoyed by my existence just because I was wearing a burkini which I didn’t think much of it until the receptionist approached me asking if I took a shower before coming and if I was clean enough to enter the swimming pool just because that guest complained about my outfit!!!!!!! That was extremely discriminatory and disrespectful! Other than thgat the pool itself was not clean and smells funny

Great value for adequate money
Pros:

Good service, nice facilities & food. Staff was very kind to provide a free upgrade after a terrible experience in a different hotel

Very disappointing experience for a hotel that claims to be five-star.

Upon arrival after a long trip, there was no assistance with luggage. Housekeeping never came after we requested service, and I had to personally search for staff to get help. The hallways were dirty, the room had a strong cigarette smell despite being designated as non-smoking, and the front desk staff were generally not welcoming or helpful.

The cleanliness was also disappointing. The towels provided in the room had visible black stains on them, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a five-star property.

We also used the laundry service, and one of my husband’s dress shirts was returned damaged with a staple hole in the fabric.

To make matters worse, I checked out early and informed the hotel in advance through Booking.com messages and directly at the property. Two unused nights were refunded, but the hotel refused to refund the remaining unused night despite having received advance notice.
