Fabulous hotel
Pros:

We were so lucky to be upgraded to a suite and it was so comfortable and spacious with amazing views of the city.
The hotel was in a great location and our favourite restaurant of the whole holiday was around the corner

Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive

Cons:

it was just a shame that the pool was so cold. I had bought a cap as asked but couldn't go in the water because it was freezing! I couldn't get a refund - not that I expected one, but it wasn't a great experience down in the spa area after a local swimmer who had the pool to herself heavily smelling of cigarettes, shouted something at me, that had also made me feel unwelcome!

The bathroom in the suite could use a little update

But all in all, these things were minor. We Loved everything about the Hilton, it's staff and Ankara.

Super helpful and welcoming staff. Upgraded with breakfast at no extra cost. Security-conscious. Felt like a valued customer.

Cons:

The jacuzzi was out of action at the time I wished to make use of it. Had to wear swimming cap to use pool.

Pros:

comfortable and enjoyable stay experience
Pros:

Being greeted with a smile is standard at almost every property. But during this stay, I genuinely felt pampered. From the moment I walked in, the warmth of every staff member was palpable. The room was far more comfortable than you'd expect from a city hotel. The air quality from the climate system was truly soothing. Honestly, I didn't expect such a quiet, peaceful night's sleep in the middle of the city. Thank you to everyone who made this experience possible.

Cons:

The personal care products in the bathroom could be of better quality.
