Excellent location, good size room and friendly staff/
Pros:

The location at the top of Newbury street is excellent and the room was spacious. Plenty of places nearby for breakfast. A minute walk to the T stop made it easy for exploring.

Cons:

A gym facility would have been great but other than that no faults from us.

Excellent all round in terms of location, service and accommodation.
Pros:

Great location , very close to subway station, and everything you may need on your trip.
Beautiful interior, very clean, rooms excellent and very comfortable bed. Great service from porters and reception team.

Cons:

The only niggle is the tiny bathroom, room for one only and very little space for toiletries etc. great shower however.

Pros:

La location de l'hôtel d'abord.
L'hôtel est ancien et je préfère cela à un hôtel trop moderne.
Le personnel, nombreux à la réception, était très serviable et sympathique.
La salle de bain est un peu petite et sans bain mais cela n'est pas un grand inconvénient.
Nous n'avons pris aucun repas à l'hôtel.

Davantage de crochets dans la salle de bain.

Nice place to stay in the Back Bay for two people neat the Hyne convention center and Newbury Street.
Pros:

Convenient location close to restaurants, shopping and T line. Small grocery store across the street too.

Cons:

Bathroom was small. There was a raised strip on the bathroom floor which one could easily trip over.
