Lovely hotel in a good location
Pros:

Good location in Back Bay, walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Friendly welcoming staff, nothing was too much trouble. Also close to lots of subway entrance’s. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel in downtown Boston
Pros:

The property was beautiful! So much character. From the decor, to the physical keys, and the friendly doorman. The neighborhood was gorgeous and a short walk to nearly anything you could want or need.

Lovely hotel, great staff, great rooms, great location.

Overall, the experience was wonderful Thank You.

Cons:

A couple of issues that lead me to giving you a nine rather than a ten:
Breakfast was a bit ordinary; staff did not replenish bar fridge so I had no orange juice on the second day; bathroom was a bit cramped and a couple of the light fixtures were loose.

Location and traditional feel of hotel

Cons:

Small beds. I’m just over 6ft and my ankles hung out the end of the bed. We had a queen suite with two beds plus a sofa bed. Coffee and sugar wasn’t refilled on a couple of occasions which is annoying.

Overall good but a bit out of the way for our interests
Pros:

Great bed and pillows. Loved the complimentary water bottles. Lovely hotel

Cons:

They never moved the housekeepers towel and sheet cart from our hallway. It was always there. No signs for the room door asking for privacy. We notified front desk but our request was not passed on. Only one breakfast option for $23. I only wanted coffee and a yogurt, so I had to pay full price.

Pros:

A lovely, elegant hotel in an excellent location. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, the interiors beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere warm and inviting. The bed was very comfortable, and every little detail seemed thoughtfully considered to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

First room with broken sofa bed. Not the cleanest carpet and no slippers, small bathroom, room service coffee in the paper cups:(
