Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The room was terrible
Smells very bad
The curtains was falling off
The time we get to the hotel was only one person working
We asked for sheets and pillow. She gave a cover
The pillow was very bad also
We left after spending one night
I want me refund please for the 2 nights we didn’t stay there. That will be great
The pictures I saw on line is not the reality
This is my opinion and my kids
People really kind working there

A delightful stay, very friendly and luxurious.
Pros:

When we arrived we were upgraded to a suite much to our delight. The staff were very friendly and response to anything was immediate. The hotel felt very private. The Uni restaurant was superb and food was amazing. The location was excellent, a short walk to restaurants and shopping.

Nothing.

Destacar la amabilidad excepcional de todo el personal, Excelente hotel con una fantástica ubicación.

Cons:

La habitación maravillosa muy espaciosa, bien es cierto que el baño es algo pequeño y estrecho, especialmente teniendo en cuenta las dimensiones de la suite.

Confort, charme et prestations de qualité
Pros:

Très bien situé, accueil de grande qualité, nous avons été upgradés ce qui nous a permis de bénéficier d’une belle suite avec un coin cuisine bien équipé.
Hôtel aux équipements de grande qualité, décoration soignée, chambre très bien isolée phoniquement. Personnel très aimable

Cons:

En revanche les lits sont de petite taille: 140*190
Nous étions trois et avons dû chaque jour demander un jeu additionnel de serviettes en plus des deux prévus

Beautifully located boutique hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in excellent location. The staff especially the staff at the door were rally friendly. The onsite restaurant Uni was exceptional.

Cons:

An onsite gym or use of local facility which was not available any longer.

Pros:

Everything, having stayed at, all be it B&B's Airbnb also, motels. You get in this case, what you pay for.

Pros:

Very plush and classical design. Lovely staff.

Cons:

The suite was lovely but the bathroom is so tiny, with the toilet almost blocking the entrance. Breakfast is very underwhelming and staff there a disorganised.
