Really Great Staff ... Some Drawbacks
Pros:

The team on reception were smiley, helpful and always professional. The size of the room/suite was excellent.

Cons:

Before booking this property you need to realise that, other than four chairs in the lobby, there is no available space (for example, a lounge, bar, seating area, etc.) to relax or just sit in and have a coffee or a drink outside of your room. The Eliot is a good hotel ... but all it provides is rooms.

A fine hotel in a perfect spot
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in a classic style, in an excellent location. We were given a spacious and enjoyable suite. Large bedroom and living room like in a private home. Iron, ironing board, coffee maker, kettle, coffee and tea. The staff brought us bottles of water every day. The staff was courteous and helpful. A very positive experience. I would love to return.

Cons:

No breakfast was available.
We came at 22:00 and we cold not find anything to eat near the hotel.
