i just love the atmosphere amazing staff i will definitely come back. also adorable foldings of the towels even the toilet paper !!

Wonderful!
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. Close to Fishermans Wharf, & Cannery Row, comfortable beds, nice fireplace, clean room, and nice staff.
We return every year! Thank you!

Customer service is non existent, no apology, no explanation, just a case of it is what it is

The WiFi is dreadful, Sophie to reception staff about it and the response was 'we know, it needs an upgrade'
The day we checked into the hotel the swimming pool closed for emergency maintenance, reception staff did big make us aware, we only found out due to a notice that was displayed in the lift. Again we tried addressing with reception and they simply asked 'do you like the pool, it's closed for weeks!!!
The rooms are not made up everyday, it feels like the hotel are following Covid restrictions six years later. Any other hotel I've ever stayed in makes your room up daily and if you wish to reuse your towels you hang them up.....the only way you get your room made up or have a change of towels is to go to reception and request it.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt mit einem schönen großen und sauberen Zimmer.
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sauber gewesen und hatte eine schöne Ausstattung. Das Bett war ebenfalls riesig.

Cons:

Europäer sind ein anderes Frühstück gewohnt.

Cons:

I booked a room for my wife, myself and 7 year old. they expected us to all sleep in the same bed vs having two debts and here not helpful at all in terms of find a solution. I ended having to book last minute a much more expensive accommodation. I tried to get refunded for the second night but did not get any reply from booking.com or the hotel.

Pros:

Leuk Hotel met mooie kamer, binnen parking onder het hotel, rustige kamers

Cons:

Het personeel is niet echt vriendelijk of doen niet echt moeite, het ontbijt was oké maar beperkt, soms wat weinig plaats tijdens het ontbijt op drukke momenten, de wifi was zeer slecht!

I liked that my room had a fireplace and balcony with a table and chairs. The location was nice.The staff during the day was friendly. The room was nice.

Cons:

I didn't like that there was no staff available in the evening into the night. We were kept up all night because the people in the room above us were loud and there was nobody at the front desk to deal with this issue. And the continental breakfast was bad, there was rotting bananas, cereal juice and bagels.

Room very clean no traffic noise

Cons:

Shower needs a safety rod in shower
Security doors at end of floor disconnected anyone can get in.
Breakfast poor. Not advertised as continental.
Yogurt not in an ice container nor was milk pitcher.
Juice pitchers not labeled so no idea what they were.
Coffee carafes were not labeled so is it caffeinated or decaf.
2 very small toasters one didn't work.
There was also a carafe labeled hot water and only one tea bag for all the guests.
Staff not rude but also not welcoming or smiling.
Very disappointed. Will not return or recommend.
