Pros:

Room very clean no traffic noise

Cons:

Shower needs a safety rod in shower
Security doors at end of floor disconnected anyone can get in.
Breakfast poor. Not advertised as continental.
Yogurt not in an ice container nor was milk pitcher.
Juice pitchers not labeled so no idea what they were.
Coffee carafes were not labeled so is it caffeinated or decaf.
2 very small toasters one didn't work.
There was also a carafe labeled hot water and only one tea bag for all the guests.
Staff not rude but also not welcoming or smiling.
Very disappointed. Will not return or recommend.

The location of the breakfast was perfect. The coffee was hot and yogurt cups were good.very responsive services when we needed to call to have a leaky toilet and tub faucet fixed. Also to refill shampoo and body wash which were empty. I wish they had explained or pointed to the sign that services are only provided upon request, not just on a little sign by the check in desk .

Cons:

Could have had more protein sources as in eggs of some type.

Pros:

Excelente habitación de dos pisos con nevera y microondas. Tiene aparcamiento gratuito en el alojamiento y desayuno que está bien.
Hay una piscina climatizada y jacuzzi de agua caliente, que son perfecto para acabar el día. Tiene el centro comercial y el supermercado del Monte al lado del alojamiento. Te puedes hasta coger comida preparada para llevar. En recepción muy amables y resolutivos.
Las camas son muy cómodas y no se escuchan ruidos. Muy recomendable.

Parfait et bien placé proche de commerces
Pros:

Notre chambre était un duplex, 2 salles d'eau avec WC pratique, emplacement parfait pour les excursions aux alentours. Commerces juste en face avec un STARBUCK (parfait pour le petit déjeuner et une envie de boisson chaude ou froide. Parking gratuit.

L’emplacement, la propreté et la taille des logements.
La piscine et le jacuzzi. La proximité de Monterey et Carmel by the sea.

Hotel sieht von außen ansprechend aus. Der Poolbereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum ist nicht ansprechend, man nimmt am besten sein Frühstück mit aufs Zimmer.
