Worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Damaged furniture, dirty pillows, curtains and bedspread, stained surfaces, no proper wardrobe (only a curtain covering a hole in the wall), and it was extremely dark and tiny.
Front office manager together with reception staff were sarcastic, dismissive, and refused to acknowledge the obvious condition of the room, insisting it was "clean." After I refused to stay in such conditions, the hotel denied a refund for the remaining three unused nights.
A complete failure of basic hospitality standards, professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.
The location was perfect and central to everything we wanted to visited. The staff was super friendly and was able to accomodate all of our needs. Our room was actually bigger than expected and so was the balcony. The view was amazing.
Location. The bedroom was charming yet not always very practical (The shower is too low for someone tall). The shower products were good so all amenities.
The lobby isn’t great, the lift looks old, the gym is way way too small and under equipped.
Central location
What made it exceptional was the staff
The staff on reception are quite outstanding in their care for guests - all friendly and helpful at all times
Good air conditioning in hot weather
The room and breakfast and the staff.
Nothing
Das nette Personal, die Lage zur Oper,
Frühstück könnte etwas besser sein, es fehlen Teelöffel, teilweise kleine Schüsseln etc , man muss leider immer nachfragen
The location was great
The room was very small. Tiny bathroom with ill fitting sliding door so very little privacy. Small shower cubicle, chipped wash hand basin. Nowhere to sit accept for on the bed. Very dark impractical wardrobe with cheap curtain rather than a door.
Extortionately overpriced items in the mini fridge.
Not enough towels. Only one bath robe and one pair of slippers for a double room.
Dated decor and cramped dated communal areas.
Would not recommend this overpriced hotel
Przemiły personel.
Non ho trovato un tostapane a colazione
Old and small
This is my kind of hotel. It is of a very high standard with many luxury elements but it is understated, quietly classy and calm. The staff are excellent in ensuring that ‘the machine’ of service and operations works smoothly and without fuss.
Our room was finished in a modern way, again with touches of luxury, such as the ‘brand new’ feeling of bed linen and freshly laundered towels. The location is excellent too, not once did we need a taxi and over our two days saw The Louvre, Montmartre and plenty more. Nearby, a plethora of choice for eating and drinking, street tables with the Parisian city vibe.
Breakfast also excellent, again, high quality food and drink served calmly and efficiently. Perfect in every aspect, I won’t hesitate to return. And finally, the quietest night’s sleep I’ve ever had in a city hotel.
Location
My only suggestion would be to add a few more power outlets in the rooms, which would be greatly appreciated by modern travelers.
Best location to visit everywhere in walking distance like Palace Garnier, Galleries Lafayette, and other shopping areas. You can walk to Louvre, Tullerie Garden, and so on.
None
Our stay in Paris was great. The hotel rooms were comfortable and well appointed for our family of 5 adults.
We were able to get 2 adjoining rooms and the staff were always welcoming and attentive.
We especially liked Ronalyn who took care of our family every morning for breakfast. She was a welcome sight each morning with my cup of coffee.
