First visit, we would stay again!
Pros:

Super location, right across from the cathedral, onsite parking, very clean, staff were really lovely. The room was comfortable, well appointed (fan and air conditioning provided). Although city centre location, really quite quiet.

Pros:

We loved the historic character of the hotel. It was within walkable distances to various areas that we visited.

Cons:

It was blazing hot while we were there. A fan was provided, but it would have been nice to be able to open the window wider at night.

Lovely stay at the heart of Norwich
Pros:

Great location, clean room, friendly staff. They claim to be the oldest operating hotel in the UK dating back to 1090! Across from the hotel we had a lovely coffee at The Blue Bear. The Norwich Cathedral was a stone throw away and the Norwich Castle, shops & restaurant within a short walking distance.

Lovely Historic Inn in the centre of one of the hidden gems of England [Norwich]
Pros:

Fantastic Location right next to the Cathedral - an historic Inn that has been tastefully modernised to a good standard. Excellent buffet breakfast worth the extra money. Private Parking right at the back of the Hotel is great.

Cons:

Nothing really - I couldn't really fault it.. Some people might be expecting Spas and Pools and this sort of thing - but the hotel is not promoting itself as wellness retreat

Old world charm and comfort!
Pros:

This is a prestigious old fashioned hotel in the heart of Norwich. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lounges are v comfortable and excellent breakfast. Old world charm and comfort!

Lovely welcoming hotel for a weekend break.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Staff were all lovely. Room was excellent. Parking right by the hotel. Location brilliant. Very short walk to bars and restaurants and wonderful Cathedral.

Nothing could have been better. Everything was perfect.
