The number of elevators was not sufficient for the building, and taking the stairs is not allowed, causing long waits.
The complimentary breakfast was very minimalistic and all with disposable plates and utensils, not very attractive.

The young associate who checked us in is perhaps not suited for the hospitality industry.

The check-in was awful the staff was not friendly the lady was not accommodating said I couldn't use my card that was on file that I've used four times before I transferred the money she told me I couldn't pay for my stay that's coming up the next day for two more days I had to check out wait 5 hours and then check in again I don't know that's kind of a lot of money when you're paying $3,000 for a weekend and there's no accommodations there's no pool I won't be staying again. I then had to proceed to pay $50 to transfer the money back to my other account because I needed it instantly when I went back downstairs I was told well they'll run my original card through the night and said to me it's not my fault very rude very very very disappointed after staying here times before and it was good

Complete chaos at breakfast on some days: only two hours for the entire hotel to have breakfast; queue sometimes more than 30 people long for just a few food stations; staff shouting that breakfast is about to close when the queue was still stretching around the room; not enough tables; highly processed food with paper plates and plastic cutlery. Only two small elevators and no useable stairs - on one one day it took more than 20 minutes to get a place in an elevator to go down to breakfast. The hotel is comfortable but in need of general refurbishment.

The breakfast was average with small variety. The buffet was very small resulting in people forming more than 30 minute queues to be served, while the number of tables was inadequate.

The staff at the front desk were indifferent. The male staff were better than the female ones.
The room was not well stocked. When we checked in, the trash bins had no bags over.
The bathtub was not clean.
The TV was a bit hard to navigate.
The bathroom was tiny.
The hotel charged city tour tax but didn't inform us when checking in or checking out. They also didn't provide a receipt until I called days later.
The room was not ready for us at 4pm check in time. We waited 15 mins and staff seemed to be impatient and rude when I checked with them.

La colazione non era un granché. C’erano yoghurt con cereali e solo noci come frutta secca. Poca frutta fresca che finiva presto e le pietanze calde come uova, salsicce e patate poco gustose e sempre le stesse ogni giorno.
Inoltre le camere non venivano rifatte!

La camera era spaziosa per 3 persone, pulita, ma quando siamo arrivati il divano letto era chiuso e ho dovuto fare io il letto per far dormire mio figlio. Nella prenotazione logicamente era indicato per 3 persone. Non è normale. Nella sala colazioni mancava sempre qualcosa e bisognava sempre chiedere. L'ultimo giorno mancavano anche le forchette, ci è stato detto che non ne avevano più. Arrangiatevi con quello che trovate.
Tutto rigorosamente di plastica e carta.
La camera non è stata pulita.

A short breakfast window. 2hrs for a 20+ floor building created congestion in the small breakfast area. Quality of the food wasn’t good.
