Cons:

Deje una garantía de $500 ,tenía una botella de agua cargada a la habitación y el reverso fue con $22 menos sin recibir dato alguno.
Además tuve el cobro de una noche por no presentación pese a haber enviado mensaje y mail un dia antes .

Lo único rescatable fue julio un empleado

Cons:

Que donde, cancelaron nuestra reserva y ya ellos teniendo nuestro equipaje en el hotel. Había reservado suite de dos habitaciones y nos entregaron una sencilla. Nadie se hace responsable

We emjoyed our time there!
Pros:

The convenience, the staff, the security and it was quaint and nice.

Cons:

The same breakfast. Eggs were great! The rest could be switched up.

I do not recommend this hotel especially if you expect quality stay and polite stuff

Only the location was good about this hotel. Everything else was poor

Cons:

The staff at reception and in their breakfast room was very rude. The hotel itself is outdated and needs renovation. They wanted to charge me for a 20 min late checkout when I called them at 11 am, and they refused to connect me to a supervisor to solve the dispute.
The breakfast was very poor but I didn’t have high expectations from it anyway, and every guest was complaining about the breakfast.
The hotel takes a 300 usd deposit at check-in but I had a 477 usd (not 300) charge on top of my bill for the stay and it was not refunded upon checkout. I had to call booking and write emails to the hotel in order to get it refunded.
