Location is excellent and the suite size was generously big for 2 guests.
Breakfast area was very crowded with sparse seating available, the food selection was repetitive and limited, the elevators were dirty, the suite bathroom door did not close properly, overall cleanliness was a concern.
Ww were there fir 3 nights and did not receive housekeeping not one time!
Close to walking distance to stores.
Small elevators and takes forever to get up amd down. Told us breakfast was till 10 and failed to mention it was till 9 on weekdays. Got down at 10 till 9am. Staff was rude and sorry breakfast is closed. Took a piece of toast right feom someone's hand. No ice machines. So expensive to park car.
The only good things about this hotel were the location and the employees tried their best to attend to hotel guests.
Cleanliness, cleanliness, cleanliness left a TON to be desired. Elevator size and number of elevators for the size hotel was unacceptable. You could barely fit the luggage carts in the elevator, let alone then have room for barely 2 passengers. You had to wait 5-10 minutes for an elevator. The vanity and shower area (especially) wasn't very clean and smelled like mildew. The furniture in the living area of the suite was old and dirty. The breakfast wasn't very good. The food was very off putting and not appetizing at all.
Great location! Convenient valet parking (for a fee). Very spacious suite (we got the 2 bedroom with full kitchen). Reception staff are nice and accommodating.
Sofa bed needs to be updated / changed. My son felt the springs on his back and was not comfortable at all.
Breakfast spread wasn’t that great. Very limited choices and dining room is small.

It’s walkable distance to bus stop and may other shopping outlets be attractive places of Chicago

Elevator service. Long time waiting in the morning to get access to first from from the lower levels. We were on floor 3 and had to wait over 15 minutes to get an elevator to the first floor. Stairs access not available to first floor.
