It was a really nice last minute choice. Breakfast was good and hot coffee, tea and cocoa bar was great.

Cons:

Shower would not drain while taking my shower and water got up
To my ankle. I called that night for it to be fixed they said they would send some one but they did not come till after 9 am the next morning. I wish she had informed us it would be morning before someone available.

If you want a place near the magnificent mile and navy pier, this is a good spot.
Pros:

Spacious room with kitchen and loveseat, walkable to the pier. The breakfast was really good! The coffee was always out and average at best.

Cons:

The train was kind of a haul and at night the ataff seemed to always be dealing with rowdy people. Made it feel a little unsafe.
