Large clean rooms, quiet location, friendly staff.
Pros:

The Best Western was perfect for our golf trip; the room was large with a separate kitchen area and plenty of storage space and a balcony. Breakfast was a bonus. The inn was perfectly placed for us and we played several different course including Pacific Grove which is around the corner.

Nothing, everything was good

It was pleasant, but I would not stay there again because of the “no elevator “ situation.
Pros:

The location was quiet and pretty.

Cons:

There were no elevators. Older people , like us, had a rough time with the stairs.

Loved the staff they made check in easy, cleaned our room with just a 2 night stay, and check out easy.

Cons:

The breakfast was sad. Not a lot of space for the amount of people.

Pros:

I booked this hotel last minute for one night. The area is very quiet, and I was able to park right in front of the room, which was very convenient. The room style might be a bit outdated, but it was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was okay. I would especially highlight the very friendly service. Overall, I think it’s a great option for a short stay. There is also a laundry service nearby and several supermarkets/food-services.

Not really happy even though one night stay because of those uncomfortable little things.
Pros:

The location is quiet and good . Parking space is also decent and clean. Like the breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom doesn’t have enough shampoo and there is no hand wash soap at both bathroom sink and in the bedroom sink. No air conditioner and pretty hot at night time. The room balcony door can’t close properly. Hope all the rooms have air conditioning when need it. Hair dryer is also already melted at the blowing end part by too hot by using former user.
