Pros:

The lobby & happy hour were great although the furniture needs to be replaced. The breakfast was also great!

Cons:

It needs some TLC. The floor in our room was soaking wet by the sink and fridge. Our phone didn’t work.

I usually love the Embassy Suites but not this location 😫

Cons:

Mold in every bathroom , I was offered 4 different rooms and they all had mold, I could tell the rooms were not clean, I requested cleaning supplies which they gave to me and scrubed and sanitized myself, Lamps broken

Cons:

One of your evening staff at front desk VERY RUDE!! I asked for a late check out maybe half hour 45 minutes hour at the most and he said because I was not Diamond member he would charge me $75 ! I am a Hilton honor member, but not that level he said I was JUST a blue level member which it made me feel very belittled!
I stay at Hilton a lot and other hotels as well. I’ve never had anyone treat me like that.!!
Very disappointed. He wouldn’t even give me the time of day ! Sad you have a employee like that

Too much noise.

Cons:

Not a good lighting. The door to the bathroom was recently repaired. I noticed it. Perhaps that room shouldn’t been rented out.

Pros:

It was very close to the BART train but I thought a little too far from San Francisco. The lobby was nice and very big and clean.

Cons:

The room was too small for 5 people and the maids didn’t clean that great.

Exceptional Service from Jayla!
Pros:

My family and I recently stayed at the Embassy in Walnut Creek during a very difficult time, as we were in town for my father-in-law’s funeral. From the moment we arrived, Jayla was incredibly kind, compassionate, and helpful.

She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for during our stay. Her warmth and genuine concern meant so much to our family, especially while we were navigating such an emotional time. Jayla’s hospitality truly made a difference and helped make an otherwise difficult trip a little easier.

Thank you, Jayla, for your outstanding customer service, compassion, and for treating our family with such kindness. You are a true asset to the Embassy team, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you did for us. Five stars are not enough!

Pros:

I’ve traveled to this location a few times and my experience has been great every time. Even with minor hiccups the team here has been wonderful especially Johnathan. Rooms are spotless and you can’t beat the welcome reception + breakfast. Looking forward to my next stay!

Sehr schönes Hotel gute Ruhige Lage aber Parkplatz und Kommunikation anscheinend Schwierig.

Sehr großes schönes Hotel. In Ruhiger Lage optimal um San Francisco gemütlich anzufahren und danach zu entspannen.

Cons:

Die Parkplatz Situation vor Ort ist eine echte Katastrophe obwohl man für den Parkplatz Geld Zahlt. Viel zu wenig Parkplätze für ein so großes Hotel das offensichtlich gut besucht ist.Die Parkplätze an sich sind für Amerikanische Autos mehr als nur eng bemessen, schon das Reinfahren ins Parkhaus mit einen großen SUV ist eine echte Herrausforderung . Wir sind oft in den Embassy Hotels in USA gewesen haben aber noch nie erlebt das das Frühstücksbüffet ohne Vorwarnung um 09:00 Uhr bereits komplett leer geräumt wird . Fanden wir echt nicht toll.Schade

Rushed and uncomfortable

Comfortable bed, spacious and mostly clean

Cons:

Employee tapped my card and charged me extra $200 pet fee without telling me, waited over an hour to get into my room after driving all day and wasn’t communicated any of the info while I stood in lobby, toilet paper holder falling out of wall, mini fridge froze all my food, no trash bags provided, no parking after paying for it, no response from general manager after leaving a message following up on extra charges
