The only good thing is spacious rooms
stained carpets, bathroom leaking. I booked for 3 person but the bed for the 3 person was not a proper bed.

The hotel has good connections to different parts of the city. The rooms are normal sized which is a rarity for Tokyo.
We have spent 3 weeks in Japan and this was probably the worst money to quality ratio we've had.
The rooms are dated, the images are more polished than the actual rooms. They sell them as rooms with a view on booking, but the only view we got was the parking - the tower you see only when approaching the hotel. The sound insulation is poor - we often though the window was open when in fact it wasn't (luckily it not that its too noisy).
There is no public bath and there are no washing machines. They do offer a wash service but a pair of socks and an underwear would set you as much as a full load in other hotels we stayed.

The view!! The location!
When doing the earth friendly experience by not having our room made up, we did not get replacement water bottles and coffee pods. We did ask and were graciously provided but it was a big effort for the staff after housekeeping was gone for the day.
早餐還不錯，有多樣選擇，空間也舒適，地點離地鐵近，但那個出口大概都是樓梯，有帶家庭或是多行李的要多注意，前往入住建議機場轉高速鐵路到市區後轉計程車，飯店年齡比較高，但保有很多老舊的氛圍，可以體驗當年代高貴的飯店感受，設備都會稍微有一點老，但機能很充足，價格與房間大小來講CP算高，最重要的是有東京鐵塔的景觀、鄰近也有公園綠地，未來有機會，我會還願意帶家人再一次入住。
從成田機場到飯店巴士很方便可以直達，但是巴士時間不彈性，大部分還是需要依賴地鐵，但地鐵要轉很多站，帶小朋友跟大量戰利品來往會很不便，晚上附近要走約10分鐘以上才會有比較多宵夜選擇，但都是原本地點的關西，跟飯店本身無關。
Le personnel est très agréable et toujours la quand vous avez une question. Grande chambre spacieuse et le kombini dans l’hôtel est un vrai plus! Bouteille d'eau offerte et remplacer dans la chambre tous les jours et tout le nécessaire d'hygiène et même plus disponible en libre service à côté de l'accueil.
