750 Yen "Eintritt" auf die Terrasse am Abend sind nicht OK
5.000 Yen für den Pool-Eintritt sind viel zu viel.
Ein Pool-Nutznug nur bis 4 p.m. ist unzufriedenstellend

Good just not quite great.
Pros:

Room was extremely spacious and at first glance very nice. Pillows and bedding very comfortable. The size of bathroom was great as well. Lots of options in the building for eating, the breakfast was fantastic.

Cons:

Room cleanliness was lacking. Multiple coffee stains in the room. Black ish type of stains in corners and along edge top of bathroom. Unfortunately and I do not truely blame the management of this place but there were bugs crawling out of the drain in the bathroom. Not large ones, smaller ones but there was a solid line of them along the bottom of the bathtub. The wallpaper and caulking is definitely showing its age.

這次生日入住，飯店的氛圍很好悠哉算是在鬧中取靜的地方，適合慢慢來，雖然飯店悠久，維護也算用心，如果經濟允許，願意再次入住

Pros:

The room we stayed at was very spacious and clean. It is a little bit on the older side, but it is well maintained. The location was great! It’s walking distance to Tokyo Tower as well as to different subway stations. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. It was also very helpful having a Lawson at the basement as well as having a taxi pool.

Cons:

Instead of dubbing the English tv channel into Japanese, it would be helpful to have subtitles instead in order to accommodate to the English speaking guests, or even considering a YouTube/Netflix option to use.

雨でも楽しい
Pros:

スタッフの方の対応が親切だったこと。
朝食美味しかった。
部屋が涼しかった。快適だった。

Cons:

まだ食事中の皿を飲み物を取りに行っている間に回収されていたこと。残ってるのに無いと思われたのかと思ってますが、あれっ無い、となりました。
