Amazing customer service, excellent breakfast buffet.
Pros:

Close to main attractions: Buddhist Temple, Tokyo Tower. Walking distance to metro stations.

Cons:

The hotel has some area that need updating, like the bathrooms in the rooms. The downstairs bathroom next to the buffet is run down.

Beautiful historic hotel in super convenient location
Pros:

Great location, lovely historic hotel, very attentive staff

Cons:

The pancake machine at breakfast and the coffee machines were always faulty. Just have a cook make the pancakes, it took 3 people and 30min to fix the machine. You could have made 40 pancakes with 1 person in that time. Buy more coffee machines.

The young front staff at the counter on the right hand side were excellent.
Pros:

The front staff at reception were excellent the young Japanese staff were excellent.

Cons:

Our room was dusty my husband suffers from hayfever and was sneezing this was disappointing and let down our experience.

老舗ホテルとしての品格を感じた

多少古かったが清潔感があり気持ち良く宿泊できた

Cons:

バスタブの排水に時間がかかり次者の入浴までに時間がかかった。改修が必要な一歩手前と拝察した。549号室利用
