Kahvaltı iyiydi ancak kahvaltıda hizmet eden özellikle uzun boylu ve kilolu hanım son derece itici, kaba ve günaydın dahi demeyi bilmeyen biriydi.1 hafta boyunca yanımızdan geçti ve gülümsediğini görmedik. Erkek personeller ve genç olan garson hanım son derce güler yüzlü ve iyiydi.

Cons:

Menüsü çok zayıf. Et yemek istiyorsanız ( domuz dışında ) ızgara yerine size kızartılmış et geliyor. Sadece hamburgeri iyi.

lovely short break and very convenient for where we were visiting family
Pros:

nice and quiet room and the restaurant was good too

the bed was a little bit firm, but we slept OK, could do with memory foam type matrices.

OVERCHARGED. A SUM OF 518.92 WAS INCORRECTLY DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT DESPITE HAVING PAID FOR M

Not much really. Hotel services were quite ordinary compared to other competitors but I suppose acceptable.

Cons:

THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT. Despite debiting the correct amount of £380.05 for my stay a further sum £518.92 was erroneously and illegally debited from my bank account for services not provided or requested. I have emailed the hotel in Southampton requesting the refund of my money and have not received a reply, not even an acknowledgment of my communication. Not a professional way to run a company!! I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU

Not worth the expensive price tag.
Pros:

Air conditioning was amazing. So cold, and had to turn it off. Was a quiet hotel and nice ambiance to the room but that’s as far as it went.

Cons:

Mucky - cobwebs, dust all over.
Uncomfortable bed - flat pillows and springs felt like they were going to come through the bed
Unbranded coffee.
No fridge
No bottled water
No cookies on arrival compared to other doubletree
