Large room with friendly staff, but cleanliness and maintenance lacking
Pros:

First impressions of the room offered by this property were good, but the more time you spend in the room the more you notice that maintenance and cleanliness have been neglected. There was a mould on the shower head and around the basin, with an unknown sticky substance left on the desk in the bedroom. Also, there was a large insect on the bedroom wall. Service provided by staff was friendly and streamlined, but there are obvious gaps in housekeeping and maintenance.

Very relaxing one night stay. Would definitely book again if returning to area.
Pros:

Air conditioned room at perfect temperature. Beds super comfy, bathroom spacious and well stocked. Very last minute booking for me and husband and our 17 year old daughter as place we originally booked was so appalling we left after 10 minutes.

Cons:

Seemed strange to pay for parking when it was an out of town location.

The hotel was good but the restaurant service disappointing.
Pros:

The room was a decent size and the bathroom was good. It was clean.

Cons:

The window was small and the room felt a bit dingy. The evening meal in the restaurant was expensive and disappointing. I ordered a vegan katsu curry, and was served one thin slice of breaded aubergine with rice. This left me hungry and seemed exceptionally mean for the price of £20. The chicken version was a decent portion. Yet again vegetarian options are an afterthought. I would have expected more breaded vegetables. Service was very slow- it took over half an hour between ordering and delivery of our food.

For the price paid, very disappointed with the service level of the staff and poor sleep

Service from staff extremely slow and made you feel you were inconveniencing them.

Cost of meals in the restaurant was high, expected decent portion size. Very shocked when an £18 poke bowl turned up and there was alot of plate on show than food- all the listed ingredients didn’t come, so had to ask for the missing items and told it was as because of new chefs

Mattress was very uncomfortable, Premier inn more comfortable to sleep which was disappointing given the price difference!

Ideal!
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, staff were amazing. Room was massive with decent AC. Linens and towels were lovely and soft. Couldn’t hear a thing from any adjoining rooms.

Cons:

If I had to pick a fault, the mattress was an old spring one - comfortable but noisy.
Also, not a problem for us, but no mini fridge.

Kind, helpful and easy!
Pros:

Have had the easiest stay here, middle of a heatwave and the staff could not have been more helpful and kind. Claire at breakfast was an absolute star and made me and my baby feel so comfortable, nothing was too much!

Room was lovely everything catered for. There was a prom on one if the night's but they placed us in a room far away as we had an infant and we could not hear a thing, again so thoughtful!
