Disappointing, hopefully this will help them improve.
Pros:

Used this hotel several times before handy for the University Hospital & shopping centre & cruise terminals but not in the city centre.

Cons:

Hilton has always felt like it’s good at hospitality but not this time. No warm cookie on arrival. Blocked toilet in room. Not enough towels for guests, no hand towel. The tv was patchy and the reception staff put it down to local issues as their screens were having problems too. The pillows are too soft. The hairdryer only operates when the button is pressed continuously which is difficult when you have arthritis or a similar condition.The shower head wouldn’t turn. Water from the wet room didn’t drain and encroached on the toilet area. The shower/body lotion dispensers are too similar if you can’t read the labels without your glass on. I could add more.
The restaurant had a limited menu. Paid parking; The car parking wasn’t added to my stay and even though I’d input my details; if I hadn’t checked that I’d laid I would’ve been fined.

Dirty and in need of a good clean

Location was good, short uber drive into the city, Paultons park and close to airport

Cons:

Our room was filthy. Cobwebs, spider exoskeleton in the corners of the rooms. An area around the sofa bed was absolutely disgusting. It was under the sofa bed but when pulled out this area could be easily seen - tissues, thick dust, crumbs etc all visible. We brought this to the attention of the staff at the desk and asked for it to be cleaned the next day when the room was being cleaned. The staff member was quite nonchalant about it but said he would make a note. Safe to say It was not cleaned. Thankfully we were checking out the next day.

During our stay some of the staff were quite abrupt and unhelpful with simple questions.

Excellent airport stay with awesome facilities
Pros:

Everything! Big room and bathroom, nice bar and restaurant. And a short taxi ride to the airport. Best part was the incredible breakfast buffet.
We arrived way too early to check in to our room, but they kindly took our luggage and helped us with our plans for the day. Super kind!
