Beds and room were comfortable and clean. Pillows were a bit stiff.
No shower grip mat which we had to ask. Shower changed from hot to cold water. The cold tap in the sink wasn't working and the top cover of tbe hot tap was broken off.
Thankfully we had a kitchette where we had access cold water.as the hot water was boiling. There was a lot of construction outside the hotel which we could hear along with siren noises so windows are not noise proof like the ones in new york city hotels.
A minor thing but I asked for extra milk at reception and the reception weren't helpful with this. They couldn't get the milk from housekeeping or the kitchen.
Nice location (close to metro and in safe neighborhood) and friendly staff. AC worked well to escape heat waves. Staff worked hard to keep rooms clean. Staff also was accommodating of room requests. Bed and sheets were fine. For the price and location this was a good choice.
Unfortunately, rooms are too dated to want to come back here again. Windows don’t open yet mosquitos and centipedes were found in the room across various days. AC was incredibly loud. Datedness lends itself to hard to clean situations too.

Greatly located hotel in the historical building. Helpful staff, and nice cosy cafe on the ground floor.

Hotel rates are very reasonable for a city and rooms are wonderful. We already book another stay! Wish we had discovered this hotel sooner!
