When we booked a hotel on Booking.com, this hotel showed us a price of $144, it said parking was available and there was a note that it was not paid like in other hotels. When we arrived to check in, we were told that parking was paid, we paid and it was $210, in the morning when we checked out we were told to pay for parking, when we asked that we had already paid a larger amount yesterday, they showed us a reservation for $144, they told us to pay for parking, and the difference of $210-144 will be returned to you as a deposit, a week has passed and no money has been returned, from the pleasant things in this hotel, only the doorman at the entrance ... everyone can draw their own conclusions about how this hotel fools tourists, I will just say nothing about breakfast ....

La cama y almohadas nos resultaron muy cómodas. Mereció la pena escoger "cama extragrande".
Nos cobraron un precio más alto al que salía en nuestra reserva de Booking.
Las ventanas son muy viejas y por tanto el ruido durante la noche era muy molesto. Difícil dormir bien con el ruido de ambulancias y sirenas.
Pero lo peor sin duda fue la mujer de la recepción del hotel, muy desagradable y maleducada.

Everything was perfect. The room was great, and the location was ideal for exploring. A special thanks to all the staff and the gentleman at the door for their amazing hospitality!
Very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel is a short walk from most museums.
The street noise could be loud at times in the night
C’est très rare que je mette 10/10 mais là je n’ai vraiment aucun motif pour mettre moins. Tout était parfait: le prix, la rapport qualité-prix, la chambre spacieuse, le confort du lit, la beauté de l’hôtel que j’ai trouvé très original. Tout était très propre. Enorme bon point pour l’amabilité de tout le personnel, toujours souriant.
Seul point négatif: une fontaine à eau serait bien. Il y a de la limonade à la réception mais avoir simplement de l’eau serait mieux surtout qu’il faisait très chaud

Great location and Pleasent helpful staff.
Price of breakfast a bit high.
One of the best hotel stays I have had. Staff is amazing! Extremely clean and personal. Still has a true doorman. He offered us an umbrella to borrow when it was pouring rain and we were walking a few blocks. They recognize you by name and welcome you. The parlor is a great place to spend a short time with colleagues deciding where to adventure for dinner. Very relaxed atmosphere.
