The few renovations that were completed were good. Love the cookies!
Too many renovations that were not disclosed and no where to park due to the storage containers in the parking lot. Work out room closed and that was not told ahead of time
Front desk staff were nice and helpful
Shower was stained and dirty. Towel was stained with what looked like blood.
Nothing
Everything!!! Really wish we would have known they were renovating. My husband picks hotels based on gym. We get there the place is a mess and they had closed the gym down.
Do not stay here. We’ve been STUCK here a week for a Road Scholar trip. The food is beyond horrible. The renovations are loud, messy and disruptive. The bathtubs are disgusting. Many families on our trip have changed rooms multiple times because of room issues: bad smalls, overflowing toilets etc. The pool is open but the area surrounding it has broken furniture and dirty cushions. Shout out to front deck staff Cait and Gunner. They tried hard under difficult circumstances to be helpful. The main manager was rude, dismissive and made no effort to rectify issues.
I was in the lobby after work relaxing and mother and family came in. They checked in and proceeded to the pool and The mother had an infant and touts and could not reach for her card. In that moment Harley came running to the rescue. She is situationally aware and very in tune with the customers! She also took the time to date a piece of a chipped table top for a souvenir for a little girl that tipped it and was embarrassed. Thank you for being a GREAT person!!!
The staff was nice
The couch in the room was stained. I was locked out of my room there times because the key stopped working. The hotel had construction dust and dirt because of renovations, which I didn't know about until I arrived. No one came and cleaned my room or changed the bed sheets.
the view
the parking, when I reserved the room, did not specify about the $25 to damn park.. rooms overpriced and only one entrance kinda sucked
Extremely great service and very nice 👍, their coffee was delicious, and Cait and Kat were so nice to us, Southern hospitality truly is still alive in Chattanooga, much thanks 👍👍
The property was clean, quiet, & friendly. The rooms seemed to be newly renovated, not matching the pictures. The renovations are beautiful.
The parking. (During construction & a busy time you have to find parking in a near garage)
This hotel was good for a last minute get away. Hotel lobby was beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was super nice and warm cookies were offered. They are renovating because of the appearance of the elevators and hall carpets on our floor were worn. We could'nt find parking after dinner and there are lots of shipping containers in the parking lot. But the parking lot was well lit so it wasnt a scary shipping container lot late night. Housekeeping woke us up knocking way too early before checkout... but guess we didnt have the do not disturb door tag hanging. We decided to try the pool out before we left and had a good time there too, thanks to the friendly barista giving us ice!
Kate was a breath of fresh air, super nice to have her as a server. In business it's the leaderships job to find unicorns and retain them. So you know what yo do!
We had the celebration of life event for my dear wife Lorie Beckley on June 13th at the Doubletree in downtown Chattanooga. The staff was very professional and helpful, the food was delicious and everyone agreed that it was first class.
Kate the barista was super sweet and friendly!! She was very understanding and willing to help to make your coffee how you like it. The coffee was delicious!! She is amazing! Highly recommended!!
