liked the room just wish there was a balcony, kitchen facilities, smart tv
the $25 daily parking on top of what i paid nightly for a room. The fact that there was a reception and all the parking was taken by those people and I still had to pay $25 and was redirected to park somewhere else
Convenient and good breakfast
Nothing
Kate, at the coffee bar was very helpful.
This is the nicest hotel! My son and I walked down the block at night to get pizza and it was a safe and friendly area. The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfy! Of course the cookies are fantastic! Kate B., the supervisor in the coffee shop, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and took special care of us as my husband had just had a major surgery. She was so kind and thoughtful.
The location
You were supposed to be the hotel of the weekend rodeo and gave shuttles but you claim you didn’t know anything but you were on the huge billboard as a sponsor. The hotel is a construction site. Only 1 elevator worked , the breakfast was soo poor it was upsetting. But you still charged full rates. Should have picked a different hotel
I have stayed at the Doubletree in Downtown Chattanooga, and my stays have always been pleasant. This visit, however, presented some challenges due to the renovations happening. I would recommend that the parking limitations due to the storage bins in the lot and lots of the patchwork is incomplete leaving for a less comfortable experience especially in our room (see the attached picture). Despite these challenges, we had an amazing time at breakfast as the staff was so attentive and kind , especially Shannon. She was a top notch server!
Shannon at The Grove Restaurant & Bar was the best!! She provided amazing customer service and made my morning so bright. Make sure to ask for her on your next trip. Thanks so much Shannon!
The cookies were great at the front desk. The location is great.
I didn't like that fact that I requested a high floor and I didn't receive one. They put me on the 3rd floor and the view was horrible. There was renovations going on and the noise was loud and the hotel smelled fishy. I told them about the noise and they only gave me on night of free parking. The staff was very nice and the rooms were decent but I will not be staying at this location again if I'm ever in Savannah. Oh they also raise the rates about $200 more because there was an event going on In town.. I know a lot of places do that but to me that's just greedy.
Parking and location were both convenient
Construction going on in the hotel that caused disturbances all morning in the room above us. Drilling hammering all in the early hours of the morning. Carpet on the room looked unsanitary and the bathroom was left with hair from the previous guest. Towels had stains on them
The hotel is under construction, no secure parking, but they charge for it
Construction
Great latte!! Kate B at the coffee shop was very sweet and helpful!!
