I checked in and was given the so-called junior suite, that I had booked. Since I found the room rather dark and gloomy, I asked for a different room and the receptionist gave me room 814. It was smaller, but a little brighter. At 10:55 p.m., a man I didn’t know opened the door to my room from the outside and tried to get in. Thanks to my guardian angels or perhaps divinely guided intuition, I had just come out of the bathroom & was standing in front of the door because I had heard noises outside. When the stranger opened the door, which led directly into the room, I immediately pressed myself against it and managed to close it. Strangely enough, he reacted with neither astonishment, fear, nor surprise.
I asked him through the door why he had been able to open it. He replied that the hotel staff must have assigned him that room. After that, I couldn’t sleep anymore and didn’t feel safe at all in that hotel!
That night, after the alarming occurrence, I tried calling the front desk; at first, a woman hung up on me. Then the phone in the room stopped working, so I used my own cell phone. She didn’t answer the phone anymore. I tried several times. Then I sent an email, but received no reply. The male receptionist at check-in was quite friendly, and the receptionist on duty the next morning was also quite friendly; she tried to figure out what had happened and offered me a free breakfast. However, due to the indifference of the person on duty that night, I couldn’t give the staff a good review. The location wasn’t very central, there was a lot of construction going on nearby, and I didn’t feel entirely safe in the evening when it was dark. As a woman traveling alone, a situation like that is very scary. After that frightening incident, I would have thought it only fair if they had refunded part of my room.

Se exige un depósito de 100 dólares por noche y solo lo reembolsan 5 días hábiles después según el personal de recepción, esperamos que así sea, pero es algo incómodo ya que es casi el doble de la reserva y no se avisa de este tema en la políticas o condiciones de reserva.

不知道什么原因给我们安排的房间距离外部空调排风管很近，就在窗户边，噪音比较大，所以第一天晚上睡眠不好，特别有时差的情况下。到前台要求换房间，服务生说房间已经被计算机系统锁死，没有办法更换。我给主管发了换房要求的邮件，开始说全部售空，后来说可以更换，但是到了前台又说是邮件估计发错了。对于这一点我觉得不够满意。另外，洗澡间的设计有问题，淋浴的水流的卫生间到处都是。如果不穿拖鞋则满脚都是水。另外，周围购物不便。

Everything was great

The room was quirky and the artwork gave me the creeps. One lift was out of action which made it slow getting up and down from the room. I also got multiple random chargers on credit card which I had to speak to reception about so they could pause them - I didn’t get a great explanation as to why this occurred but the charges all were credited back so that was fine. The reception was out of complimentary coffee and water regularly.

A descarga do banheiro não estava com pressão suficiente, depois de duas reclamações o problema foi resolvido. Também havia, durante 3 noites, um barulho que parecia sair da parede, como se fosse de alguma maquina funcionando, o que foi resolvido na última noite.
