Front Desk staff was not friendly and welcoming.

Short staffed in the Restaurant. There was only 1 waitress so the ordering process was extremely slow. I waited at least 20 minutes to be seated for breakfast.

Pros:

部屋は非常に広く、清潔に掃除がされていて快適でした。暖かいシャワーと真っ白なタオルで気持ちよく入浴できました。朝食も美味しかったです。

Great experience
Pros:

Originally had rm316 which had a view of garbage cans. Told front desk I didn't want to see garbage cans everytime I opened my blinds. They promptly moved me! Rooms were clean and beds firm & comfortable

Pros:

Deborah was absolutely amazing. Took great care of me at check in and was so kind and welcoming throughout my entire stay with her smiling face at the lobby. This hotel overall is a hidden gem!
