Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und Lage.

Cons:

Wir waren 8 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war stets super freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht hat.

Leider gab es aber einige negative Punkte: Die Toilette war mehrmals verstopft, und anstatt das Problem professionell zu lösen, bekam ich einen Stock und musste mich selbst darum kümmern. Das fanden wir sehr unprofessionell.

Auch die Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Staub wurde während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gewischt, und allgemein war die Reinigung eher schwach.

Insgesamt hat das freundliche Personal einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen, jedoch sollte das Hotel dringend an Sauberkeit und Servicequalität arbeiten.

Está bien ubicado para moverse por Manhattan sur. Relativamente cerca de subway.

Cons:

No es 4 estrellas. El ambiente ppal tendría que tener alguna mesa. Disponer de algún plato y cubiertos

Posizione comoda per visitare Ground zero, statua della libertà e a 5 minuti dalla fermata della Metro Wall Street. Macchina del caffè italiano nella sala reception

Cons:

La struttura in più punti si presenta sporca; la porta di ingresso della camera aveva tutte le viti del chiavistello che si stavano staccando; asciugamani spesso logori con fili che si staccavano; colazione con prodotti confezionati e per il prezzo a questo punto conviene fare colazione fuori

War ok aber Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht gegeben

An sich hatte die Unterkunft Charme allerdings haben wir uns mehr erhofft, für den Preis und die angezeigten Bilder. Allerdings war das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank!

Cons:

Eine Küche ohne Inhalt, es war kein Besteck, keine Teller oder Ähnliches da. Ausschließlich 2 Tassen, eine Mikrowelle und eine Kaffeemaschine.
Die Möbel sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und im Bad gingen teilweise die Armaturen ab. Sehr schade aber war ok, nur halt dafür sehr überteuert.

In NYC finding an acceptable place for a family is tricky so not ideal but acceptable
Pros:

The room itself was relatively large and spacious, which was a positive aspect of the stay.

Cons:

There were several significant issues. The fold-out bed was clearly in poor condition — it was uneven and uncomfortable to the point that we had to place the mattress on the floor in order to sleep.

The location is acceptable but not ideal, as it requires an 8–10 minute walk to the nearest subway station.

The most serious problem, however, was the water pressure. It was extremely poor — the shower was reduced to a weak trickle, which made basic use very frustrating.

Overall, while the room size was good, the maintenance issues significantly impacted the experience.
