Pros:

Breakfast is not upto expectations.. Swimming Pool is not even good. My stay with them was very unpleasant.

Cons:

No facilities, no water , breakfast was same everyday. Mattresses are of poor quality, because of which we can't get a good sleep. Poor rating.

Bien pour une nuit à Québec près du centre-ville
Pros:

La proximité avec le centre-ville. Lits confortables et propres. Bien pour un soir. Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Nous avons arrêté l’air climatisé pour la nuit car trop bruyant. manque flagrant de personnel pour nettoyer la salle à déjeuner. Le personnel d’entretien pour les chambres que nous avons croisé étalent sur leur cellulaire plutôt qu’à la tâche.

Proximité avec la ville de Québec et de pistes cyclables.

Cons:

Le déjeuner était plus que banale: oeufs cuits durs froids, bananes plus que mûres, muffins sans saveur, fèves aux lards sauce tomates, céréales Corn Flakes et Rice Krispies, pain blanc.
Comme cet établissement inclu un bar avec machines à jeu, nous avons dû nous stationner dans la rue, à 2 coins de rue, à notre retour de souper car toutes les places de stationnement de l'hôtel étaient prises par d'autres clients que ceux de l'hôtel.

I didn’t like anything except for the staff at the front desk!

Cons:

The hotel is super dirty and the room we stayed in was never cleaned or something, bathroom smelled so badly, floor never vacuumed, the furniture is old and chipped! I stayed at a motel before and paid half what I paid this hotel and it was ten times better than this smelly hotel!!!! Very expensive for such poor quality! I do not recommend this place to anyone; the place needs a lot of work and maintenance to be called a hotel!
