Pros:

The room is comfortable and clean. Location is very strategic since it is a walking distance to many exciting malls. The breakfast buffet spread is great. Staff are also very friendly polite and helpful

I have stayed at Grand Hyatt Jakarta many times in the past, they consistently provided exceptional service experiences. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience during our stay. Ms. Kezya upgraded our room to a nice suite before we arrived. She also make sure the other room that I booked for my family are connected. The breakfast at the Grand Cafe is amazing, tons of choices of local foods. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

An exceptional family stay with outstanding service, excellent facilities and the perfect location!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Jakarta. The location is unbeatable, directly opposite Bundaran HI and within walking distance of Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia, making shopping and dining extremely convenient.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The beds were comfortable, housekeeping was excellent, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of local and international selections, and everything was fresh and delicious.

What impressed us most was the service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

The facilities were also excellent. Our children particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which became one of the highlights of the trip. Despite being located in the busy city centre, the hotel provided a relaxing and peaceful environment.

Overall, this was one of the best family stays we have had in Jakarta. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city for business or leisure.
