Exceptional service at the Grand Hyatt Jakarta
Pros:

What stood out the most is the people. I had the pleasure of not only meeting some of the staff in the Grand Cafe, the Grand Club, and the Grand Spa, however I also got to meet the wonderful managers and directors. Each and everyone one of these people made me feel loved, welcomed, and appreciated in a sincere way.

Room, value and the staff
Pros:

I’ve always been satisfied with our stay at the Grand Hyatt Jakarta. It’s our go-to hotel whenever we visit the city. The location can be a bit tricky, but it doesn’t bother us. We always plan our meetings or appointments with family and friends, but this hotel offers a lot more. It’s just a short walk to the mall and MRT station. The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff make our stay feel like home.
