Happy staff, happy guests.
Pros:

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Grand Hyatt Jakarta. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, especially with its direct connection to the shopping malls nearby, making everything easily accessible.
The food was excellent throughout my stay — from the café and club lounge to Club Italiano. Every meal was enjoyable and thoughtfully prepared.
What truly made the experience memorable was the exceptional hospitality from all the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. A special mention to Indra at the café, who was incredibly thoughtful in splitting our shared meal into two separate servings for us. Such a small gesture, yet it reflected the outstanding level of care and attention to detail.
I would also like to commend the spa therapist, Nita (I hope I got her name right), who provided a fantastic and relaxing experience.
Kudos to the hotel management for building such a warm, caring, and service-oriented team. Truly the Hyatt touch at its finest.

Pros:

Great centralized location with professional and warm team. Its the actual home away from home. It has good check-in process, great access to plaza indonesia and various offices, attentive and welcoming team

Pros:

Breakfast options were great with a variety for all palates. My children had no issues when even trying local delicacies for the first time as they could provide a non spicy option. I loved their attention to detail and appreciate the staff. I would like to call out a few staff members, namely Mela, Wiah, Sari, Shella & Rinda. They have made my stay and breakfast wonderful on all days that we met them.

Cons:

I did not like the traffic coming in but this is due to the area around the hotel. Not the hotel.

Fantastic stay at Grand Hyatt Jakarta: 5+ stars for service!
Pros:

Grand Hyatt staff went out of their way in every possible instance. For example, all the staff knew my name (don’t even know how they did this 😊), I have celiac disease (gluten allergy) and the staff made my oat bran every day for me, reservations made promptly at hotel bars and one outside bar, staff kindly met me and escorted me to my room. Fantastic service with fantastic people. Great job by Kezya Laurens (Hyatt Club) and Fira and Andre (Front Desk hosts)

Maximum Chill, Minimum Traffic: My Vacation Win.
Pros:

Location wise is the best. Attached with plaza indonesia, beside grand indonesia and kempinski hotel. My room at level 17 view Bundaran HI was amazing. Just expect some vehicle noise during weekend. Pro tips: 9PM u can walk at behind of the hotel for food street.

Great Experience
Pros:

Great experience, fantastic location linked to Plaza Indonesia and near the central business district. Breakfast spread was good and the early availability at 6am is much appreciated especially for a biz traveller. I will be back next time.

Pros:

We stayed and theme room. Room is big but does not merit the price, other the nice layout, bathroom is clean but smells. Only get breakfast which is very occupied. Kids activities are minimal.
