Excellent help and guidance from the staff on sites to visit, places to go, and booking water taxis in Venice. Front desk was especially helpful.

The property was in walking distance to a ton of must see sites. The staff went above and beyond. They gave my group a map and circled all the must see places. They also gave us welcome drinks on the hotel roof with an amazing view. The included breakfast included cappuccinos and mimosas. You won’t find that at many other hotels in the area. Overall could not recommend this hotel enough. Such a great experience.

Hotel Firenze

My husband and I came to Venice for three days, and we chose this hotel mostly because of its location—which, without a doubt, ended up being an excellent choice.

From the moment we arrived, Lara, one of the hosts, welcomed us with an amazing smile and a genuine willingness to make sure we had the best experience possible. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. First, she explained everything about the hotel and gave us a brief introduction to Venice, including some of its culture and unique characteristics. She then gave us a map of Venice and personally marked all the places we should and could visit during our stay. She even showed us pictures of each place on a screen, which made everything so much easier to understand and plan. It was such a thoughtful and personalized welcome!

The hotel and location: As I mentioned, the location is fantastic—just a two-minute walk from Piazza San Marco! It was extremely convenient for exploring Venice, especially since we could easily walk back to the hotel throughout the day. The hotel itself is charming and full of character, with beautiful details that really fit the atmosphere of Venice. There is also a very cute rooftop area, which was a lovely extra.

The service was excellent throughout our entire stay. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.

One thing that was a little different was the breakfast service. Although it is presented as a buffet, the staff serves the food for you. You simply walk along the buffet together with a staff member, point out what you would like, and they place everything on your plate before taking it to your table. At first, it was a little unexpected, but the food itself was really good, fresh, and well prepared.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Hotel Firenze. The location, the charming atmosphere, and especially the warm and attentive service made our experience in Venice even more special. We would definitely stay here again!

Отличное расположение, в 2-х минутах от площади Сан-Марко, ребята на ресепшене просто молодцы, с удовольствием рассказали куда сходить, что посмотреть, где пообедать и поужинать, в номерах было чисто, уборка была ежедневно, понравилось абсолютно всё!

The location is very close to the pier and San Marco square. The room is well appointed and the bathroom is new. Water pressure is strong for a good relaxing shower. The front desk staff are extremely friendly.

Property location is excellent with easy access to St. Mark’s Square, restaurants, bus stop and Taxi’s.
