The location is fantastic!!! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly - they truly make an effort to guide you to have a wonderful experience in Venice and not feel overwhelmed by the amount of tourists. One of the few hotels in Venice to offer a triple room and with welcome drinks and snacks. Breakfast is great and it’s table service rather than buffet. Highly recommend this property for visiting Venice.

A hidden gem just a short walk from St. Mark’s Square. This was our third stay since 2022.
A small, charming, and welcoming hotel. The staff are warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel as though we are coming home every time we stay here. They go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. I highly recommend enjoying a drink on the rooftop at sunset, where you can take in the magnificent views of St. Mark’s Campanile. The breakfast is excellent and served at the table by two lovely and friendly waitresses. Outstanding value for money.

It was centrally located and included breakfast which was very nice
No elevator to the 4th floor so our elderly friends had to ask my husband for help bringing down their luggage when we were checking out. No staff were available to assist.

This hotel was located very near San Marco Square and was easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful in recommending restaurants, giving directions, etc. Breakfast was delightful and was a combination of buffet where we selected our choices and the staff filled our plates and served at our table. Coffee was delicious. The people were so friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel. Very close to the Grand Canal.
I can't think of anything that we did not like at this hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major attractions, yet still peaceful enough to relax after a day of exploring.
One of our favorite touches was the complimentary welcome drink offered and also the little sweet treats everyday. It’s a small gesture that made us feel genuinely welcomed and added something special to our stay.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and spacious enough for two people, with all the amenities we needed. Everything was well maintained, and the housekeeping was excellent. We also loved spending time on the terrace—it was a lovely place to unwind.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, making the overall experience even better.
Overall, everything was fantastic. Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, thoughtful hospitality, and great service. We would definitely recommend Hotel Firenze to anyone visiting Venice.
The only small thing we didn’t quite understand was the breakfast service. Although breakfast is buffet-style, guests still have to wait to be served by the staff. We found this a little unnecessary and slightly inconvenient, as it slowed things down compared to a traditional self-service buffet.
Also, walls are very thin - which is a common issue in Italian buildings. We could hear sounds in the morning or late evening from people walking, talking or doing whatever. This is something to consider.
