Hotel Firenze

The bathroom had a recent and lovely renovation that we appreciated. I had a birthday there and they delivered a box of chocolates. We appreciated the welcome drinks and snacks delivered to our room. Appreciated the nice umbrellas as it rained 2 days straight.

Gostei muito da recepção, do cuidado e do carinho com os hóspedes. Os recepcionistas nos deram muita atenção e informações importantes. Além disso, fomos recebidos com mimos e brinde de boas vindas. Sem falar na lindíssima decoração do hotel e da localização perfeita!

This is an excellent, intimate boutique hotel in the center of San Marco. It completely avoids that generic corporate feel, so I felt like I was experiencing Venice itself. I stayed for 5 days and its location was the perfect base to see Venice on foot.
The room had great natural light and matched the website photos exactly. Finding daily chocolates in the room was a great touch.
The really great part was the front desk team. They treat you like they know you. I never had to give my room number; they recognized me by name and handed me my key when I walked in. My booking was last-minute, with a midnight arrival, and one of the concierges, Claudia, organized a taxi waiting at the airport and a water taxi that dropped me less than a minute's walk from the hotel. All the concierges were that attentive all week. They actually pull out maps to explain neighborhoods. Claudia even recommended a restaurant that locals eat at, and called ahead to verify that they were open when I wanted to go. Another concierge secured same-day concert tickets for me on short notice. In a city that is so busy and touristy, this level of attention made my stay feel personal and special.

Amazing location, friendly staff, cozy interior and tasty breakfast. Everything was clean, quiet and even with small gifts every day and by the end of the stay.

Maravilloso personal, muy amables, el recibimiento cálido y sumamente cómodo. Nos dieron una bienvenida con bebidas, bocaditos en su hermosa terraza. Nos dieron una guía completa de que hacer en Venecia, con mapa, aplicativo y todo. Finalmente nos guardaron las maletas para seguir paseando y nos dieron un regalo de despedida. Los mejores, listos para volver.
