Fantastic stay in Venice!
Pros:

Fabulous place right in the heart of venice. Super amazing staff, very kind, explaining us all the activities that we could do. We felt do good that we are already considering to return soon!

Cons:

Maybe the breakfast is not ideal that you have ask for the attendants to do your plate.

The location was very convenient and our room was so cute! We loved the little details. The staff was very informative and the welcome drinks and snacks were very appreciative. Wonderful breakfast served also.

Das Hotel ist einfach nur toll! Angefangen von der Lage, die Ausstattung der Zimmer, das überaus hilfsbereite Personal und am Ende auch die tolle Dachterrasse, wo man sich vom Trubel des Tages erholen kann.

I would recommend this place to stay in Venice. Close to everything
Pros:

Location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, rooftop terrace

Cons:

Advertised you can have breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Add doesn’t mention it’s 5 euros a day pp charge to be used to tip the servers

Exceptional Stay in Heart of Venice with Fabulous Venetian Staff
Pros:

Wonderful little hotel in the heart of Venice.
The guest reception and staff made the stay extra special. They showed how much they cared about their guests learning about Venice and teaching about the history.
It’s really rare you find a place with so much effort and care these days.

Stay somewhere less touristy
Pros:

The bathroom had a recent and lovely renovation that we appreciated. I had a birthday there and they delivered a box of chocolates. We appreciated the welcome drinks and snacks delivered to our room. Appreciated the nice umbrellas as it rained 2 days straight.

Cons:

The location was crowded and loud. The room was ridiculously small. The buffet breakfast was strange as you could not serve yourself. The breakfast staff did not seem happy. The evening front desk man (a younger man who acted like he thought he was a model) was not very helpful but the rest of the front desk staff were quite helpful. We needed help understanding times for the vaporetto. The other front desk staff went out of their way to explain points of interest on the maps.
