Overall, a great experience and we would definitely book this hotel again!

The location was absolutely perfect! The staff was great – especially “max” I hope I’m saying his nickname correctly!

Cons:

The room was very comfortable. It would’ve been perfect if we could’ve had the AC cool the room off just a bit more.

From the very beginning it was great. During check-in the gentlemen at the desk informed us about Venice and listening to him was enough to be happy. He offered us a complimentary breakfast since we came there a little bir early. The staff was helpful about everything. And the room was classy and clean. It's 1 minute walk from San Marco and Vaporetto line which is amazing. Strongly suggest this place.

To zdecydowanie najlepszy hotel w jakim byłam. Lokalizacja cudowana, wychodząc z hotelu znajdujesz się na ulicy pełnej luksusoych butików, a przechodząc pare metrów jesteś już na Placu Św. Marka. Do tramwaju wodnego jest 2 min. pieszo. Czystość w całym hotelu, zwłaszcza w łazience na najwyższym poziomie. Codziennie sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników, a przy tym zawsze dostałyśmy jakiś słodki upominek. Śniadanie przepyszne, wszystko podane do stolika przez obsługę hotelu. Prawcownicy obiektu niezwykle mili i pomocni. Gdybym miała wracać do Wenecji to na pewno do tego hotelu. Bradzo dziękujemy :)

Staff was amazing and staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The rooms were extremely clean, just small in size. Staff was very helpful in helping to book tours and transportation.

Great location and great staff and very nice hotel
Pros:

The location was wonderful. The hotel itself was very cute and was very nice to stay in. The staff was amazing. My only semi-negative would be that the beds were not overly comfortable. I would still stay here again and I would still recommend it.

The beds were a little hard for my preference.

Kíváló szállás a város felfedezéséhez.
Pros:

A szálloda minden nevezetességhez közel van, a vaporetto megálló 50 méter. A szálloda és a környék tiszta, és biztonságos. A személyzet minden tagja udvarias és kedves, minden információt a rendelkezésünkre adtak. A reggeli bőséges, minden étkezési szokáshoz biztosítanak ételt. Nem először és nem utoljára szálltunk meg itt.

Venedig ist wunderschön und zum geniessen!

Zimmer: sehr sauber und gepflegt
Badezimmer: sehr sauber und gepflegt
Lage: ausgezeichnet, sehr zentral
Frühstuck: sehr fein, die gefüllte mini Gipfeli waren sehr fein
Personal: charmant, sehr freundliche und typisch italienische Charm

Ich würde diese Hotel jeder empfehlen!
