My experience was less than stellar
Pros:

The water pressure and location were good. It had a refrigerator and microwave. The room was good sized.

Cons:

They struggled to meet bare necessities, such as toilet tissue, towels and wash cloths. The air-conditioner kept the room cool but made a terrible sound when the compressor kicked on and off. The room telephone never worked the whole 3 days we stayed there. This facility is better suited for 1-2 people instead of four people like I had with my wife and two girls. The beds are not that comfortable and the wooden headboard that protruded from the wall was a real head banger.

It’s dirty. Very dirty. Room was dirty. Lobby was dirty. The old man in them lobby that was in charge of the breakfast area constantly kept wiping his nose with his thumbs and then would continue to put out bagels, bread and fruit with out washing his hands.

When I turned on the air conditioner, I noticed a strong cigarette odor. The air conditioner filters need to be cleaned. In addition, there was a noticeable smell of cannabis in the hallways.
