Ótima localização em Copacabana com uma ótima vista para o mar, bem como espaço e conforto do quarto. Vale informar que o café da manhã foi maravilhoso.

Great location, clean, comfortable beds, great view.
Cleaning didn’t come until 5pm when we’re ready to use room so we had to send cleaner away without finishing the service. We found later that they had taken our towels (even though we followed the instructions to keep them and not have them replaced). They seemed a little stuck in the past, for example no Netflix or any streaming services, only open TV, if you end up stuck in your room with bad weather it will not be a cozy experience. The check out is still very manual so make sure you plan ahead to spend time checking out and waiting for staff to check minibar etc.

Out of date, things going wrong with facilities, staff not coming back to you about them. Some staff were not friendly, and would stare at you.

Hotel direkt an der Copacabana, Frühstück sehr gut, Bett bequem, Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfreich.
Wir hatten die möglichkeit vor Ort einen Fahrer zu engagieren, der uns zu einem ausvethsndelten Fixpreis zu den einzelnen Locations und am Ende zum Flugplatz gebracht hat.
