Pros:

The hotel is suitable for a short overnight stay if you simply need a place to sleep while visiting Napa Valley. Unfortunately, there is very little else to recommend.

Cons:

The hotel is clearly in need of renovation and modernization. The overall standard of cleanliness is disappointing, and the furniture is old, outdated, and poorly designed.

The wardrobe in particular looks like an antique from the 18th century. Its awkward accordion-style folding doors actually obstruct the entrance door when opened. This is an extremely impractical design.

The air conditioning unit is installed near the floor and enclosed in a wooden cabinet that appears not to have been cleaned for a very long time. A clearly visible layer of accumulated dust raises serious concerns about housekeeping and maintenance standards.

The windows open only approximately 10–15 cm, for no apparent reason, making it difficult to get fresh air into the room.

Breakfast is another disappointment: very basic, with a limited selection, yet unreasonably expensive for what is offered.

Overall, the property feels tired, poorly maintained, and significantly below the standard one would expect from a hotel carrying the Hotel Indigo and IHG brands.

Solid hotel on the edge if downtown Napa
Pros:

After searching high and low for an affordable hotel for a girl trip we decided on the hotel indigo. While there isnt much nearby in terms of restaurants, it is only a 10-15 minute ride from downtown Napa. There is also a restaurant on the property and a full bar.

The room size was nice for 2 people and did not feel cramped. The hotel staff was very nice, provided us with complimentary water at check in and throughout our stay. Best of all the manager held our room at no extra charge since we needed to store our bags during the day.
