Solid hotel on the edge if downtown Napa
Pros:

After searching high and low for an affordable hotel for a girl trip we decided on the hotel indigo. While there isnt much nearby in terms of restaurants, it is only a 10-15 minute ride from downtown Napa. There is also a restaurant on the property and a full bar.

The room size was nice for 2 people and did not feel cramped. The hotel staff was very nice, provided us with complimentary water at check in and throughout our stay. Best of all the manager held our room at no extra charge since we needed to store our bags during the day.

Pros:

We couldn't actually stay at the hotel due to a family emergency requiring us to cancel our reservation. IHG did not notify the local hotel as I talked with them on the phone. I talked with Jan at the front desk as my credit card was billed. They were extremely helpful and were able to credit my card back. They were amazing to work with. Hope to stay here some time in the future.

great bedding, clean overall, quiet, excellent location to main rd. to visit wineries.

Cons:

I think you charging for parking is bad !! Already expensive to stay here!, motel 6 with a lipstick , for the room rate at least continental Bfast should be included.

One thing I don’t like about this hotel is that they charged me parking fee. If I had known there was a parking fee, I would not stay with you. There are many other hotel with free parking. When I book this hotel on Agola app, there is no mention about parking fee. I feft it was a rip off
