The Armon Stamford Hotel & Conference

No bar or restaurant facilities at the hotel.
Rooms are really tired and smelt of smoke even though requested a non smoking room.
The walls are so thin, I woke up to snoring next to me at 4am but it was the man in the room next door! I then got woken up at to what I thought was my phone ringing at 5am nope it was man next door, then his alarm clock at 6am and then business calls from 6.15am and I could hear every word. I did let the man on the desk know when we checked out that I would give a negative review and he said ok .

You canceled my stay less than 20 h before arrival, I booked the stay app 2 month ahead.
I cannnot be more angry and disappointed.

Aamupalalla oli outo tunnelma, eikä aamupala ollut kovin monipuolinen (halal). Hotellista näki, että oli jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt.

Oddly empty. Felt like I was the only one staying there. Very odd.

Pas de petit dejeuner le week end

Staff wasn't particularly helpful - it always felt like I was bothering them when I needed something pretty basic. Rooms were not super clean (specifically the bathroom).

It’s so big and so empty. Had to change rooms because of the bed, it was awful. The next room was fine and the bed was ok, but not really comfortable. The ice machines didn’t work.

To say that this is the worst place I’ve stayed at is an understatement. Disgusting mini fridge in room completely taped up, had to shower in COLD WATER in the morning because there’s no hot water. Was woken up at 8:15am (wanted to sleep in) by cackling and yelling (not by customers staying) by workers non stop. Finally opened the door after 20 min of non stop cackling just to find 2 employees standing around and laughing at the top of their lungs. I asked them to please keep it down and they just looked at me, no apologies, just a death stare. Went downstairs for coffee, guess what, had coffee but no cups. I would rather stay at a motel 8. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. Will never stay here again.
