Front Staff were understanding but could offer no recourse for the lack of Hot Water and the manager wasn't on when we were at the front desk and called.
There was NO HOT Water for our entire stay.
I booked a Jacuzzi suite for the Jacuzzi, but we were unable to use it due to NO HOT WATER.
The Bed was very uncomfortable, and the sheets were very scratchy.
We received half of the booking refund, but it should have been more. I booked a Jacuzzi Suite and paid significantly more than a regular room, and we were unable to use it or have a hot shower during our entire stay.

I was shocked by the lack of cleanliness, especially in the breakfast area (please stop giving complimentary breakfast if you cannot do it in a proper way - this was the worst experience I ever had), but also in the corridor, room, elevator...
Overall the facility structure and rooms are good.
The customer service of the staff was horrible. I had a situation with the pool having too much chlorine in it and when brought it to the front desk they were dismissive and rude. Supervisor was not in the property at night time and my child ended up feeling sick from being exposed to excessive chlorine. In the morning instead of trying to solve the situation a manager was interrogating me and shaming me for even using the pool. Plus the breakfast was disgusting.
