Great location and friendly hotel staff.

Great stay.
Pros:

When we checked in early at 11am, our room was not ready. A second desk clerk heard ours tell us this, and offered that he had a room with 2 beds ready right now if we would like to have it. It was a wonderful room, large by NYC standards, quiet, clean, large lighted closet, small but very adequate bathroom. And this location is hard to beat IMO. Good market and breakfast places a half block up, easy access to all subway and bus lines. The cleaning and bag check and desk staff were all very pleasant and helpful. There is a bar and restaurant on the premises but we did not use them. MOMA is around the corner. Glad we picked this hotel and will stay again next time in NYC.

Værelset var pænt og rent. Placering var virkelig god.

Cons:

Værelsets og hotellets indretning er ikke fulgt med ind i det nye årtusind. Selvom man har betalt for et værelse skal man betale for brug af fitnessrum. Betaling for opbevaring af bagage - det har jeg ALDRIG prøvet. Morgenmad var alt for dyr
