Location was outstanding - easy to access the city. Room was cozy but too dark - windows looked out to scaffolding.

Very good except the problem I just explained.

Wonderful staff. Great location.

Cons:

Room 1203. We could not access the internet. In order to send an email or make a call we had to go into the hallway. We have stayed at this hotel many times. We never had this problem before.
