A limpeza só é realizada quando termina a estadia. Passamos três dias e não houve troca de toalhas, limpeza, nada!

Aire acondicionado sin poder regular. Estaba muy fría la habitación y tuve que cortarlo en la noche.
location was great ,rooms themselves where a very good size ,but could do with some updating and improved level of cleanliness. facilities where ok ,laundry was useful .... pool was ok but quite small ,we only used it once very early in the morning as most of the time it was very crowded .there is an on-site store with very basic inventory, but avoid at all costs as the prices are insanely high,much cheaper to walk to local supermarkets or order online for delivery. Overall our stay was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful,although I dont think we would stay here again ,for the price point you can find better .

There is so much to like about this hotel. It has everything it is ideally placed right in the middle of international drive surrounded by lots of restaurants. It’s exceptionally clean. The staff are first rate and the rooms are excellent. throwing complementary return transfers to universal and Disney and you have the ideal place for a holiday in Orlando.
