Stylish artDeco hotel on the Ocean Drive
Pros:

Absolute perfect location right on the Ocean Drive the very beating heart of South Beach. Room was nice and sunny, AC worked fine. The staff was kind and helpful. They even have a scale to measure the luggage weight. Also the bartender and the restaurant staff was very kind and professional. Also you get beach towels and beach chairs you can use on the beach which is so close you can smell the salty air. The restaurant is just great.

Cons:

The room floor wasnt clean enough and we dont wear shoes inside so this was bothering. The price was a little bit much in my perspective considering there was no breakfast included. There was a little price drop on the a'lacart menü for hotel guests but thats all. Parking is just not existing but its true for the entire Ocean Drive.

Dåligt pga dåligt bemötande.
Pros:

Läget var toppen, låne av solstolar ingick.

Cons:

Inge kaffe på rummet. Eller vattenkokare. Ingick ingen frukost.
Vårt rum hade en trasig AC och vår säng var helt kall och blöt under första natten. Fick sova med handduk på kudden. När vi fick ner och klagade fick vi ett nytt rum. Receptionisten skulle kolla upp kompensation för han inte hade befogenhet. Dagen efter frågade vi hur det gått. Receptionisten bekade och sa att det inte alls var något fel med AC och dumförklarade oss för enligt honom berodde fukten på regnet ute. Konstigt nog hade vi en torr sång trots stora skurar natten efter i det nta rummet. Och ingen kompensation. Försökte få tag på manager utan framgång. Uselt bemötande.

Pros:

I liked the proximity to the beach. It wasn't 'super' clean, but it was as clean as you could expect an old hotel to be. They cleaned the room everyday and supplied new towels. Overall, I would stay here again

Cons:

We wasted a lot of money on food that we couldn't eat because there are no microwaves. And mind you, the food is super expensive in this area.
