Schöner alter Bau und praktisch gelegen
Pros:

Das Personal am Empfang und die Managerin waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

…. ich werde dort nicht mehr wohnen, was schade ist wegen der günstigen Lage. Es war Hauptsaison, jedoch fand ich das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis trotzdem unterirdisch: 249€ pro Nacht ab 19.8.26.

Hotel verdt å oppholde seg, alt til gangavstand og inkludert frokos og hyggelig personel!
Pros:

Det jeg likte var beliggenhet og hvordan personalet gjorde jobben sin, det jeg også likte var at frokost var innkludert. Det var gratiss Wifi, og det var mulighet for baggasje oppbevaring! Men beste av alt var en veldig hyggelig og glad personalet. Kjøleskap på rommet og vannkoker og gratis vann flasker.

Cons:

Der det var rom for forbedring var det på utseende og følelsen på rommet, noe slitt som burde skiftes spesielt Dusjhoder, døreren på rommet føltes ikke privat med mellom rom i bunn av dørene.

Pros:

Location: Super easy and prime location within Stockholm. Super easy to get around from the location, near to basics that you would need and transport (Arlanda Express, Ubers etc)

Cons:

Room: I stayed in the Vault and I was made aware that there are no windows in the room but I was surprised to see no airconditioning in the room, i found insects in my room and have returned home with discomfort (itchiness).

Uns hat besonders gut gefallen, dass der Rezeptionist sofort auf unsere Unzufriedenheit mit dem Hotelzimmer reagiert und schnell eine passende Lösung gefunden hat. Dabei war er jederzeit ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem hat uns die zentrale Lage des Hotels sehr gut gefallen, da viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und wichtige Punkte bequem erreichbar waren.

Cons:

Das Zimmer 219 war unserer Meinung nach für zwei Personen deutlich zu klein und sehr beengt. Besonders im Badezimmer bzw. in der Dusche war die Bewegungsfreiheit stark eingeschränkt. Zudem war die Dusche mit einem Duschvorhang ausgestattet, den wir aus hygienischen Gründen als unangenehm empfunden haben.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, managed to offer early check-in, easy check-in and check-out via App, nice location in the center of the city. Good breakfast, overall excellent value for money.

Cons:

Sure the room and bathroom feels a bit outdated, but they were clean and comfy.
