Agradable.
Pros:

El area y sitio son fantasticos, cercano a todo, el precio razonable. El arbol maravilloso!

Cons:

Modernizar en colores frescos y alegres las habitaciones, el color de la base de cama me dio la impresion de estar en una iglesia antigua o ataud.
En la foto de veia se un poco diferente.
Me parece con respeto el hotel tiene mucho potencial, solo es cuestion de redecorar conservando el ambiente vintage con toques modernos.

Lovely old florida motel

Great location and convenient parking, but the rooms and amenities could use some updating and better housekeeping servi
Pros:

We really liked the location of the hotel. Check-in and check-out were easy and convenient, and the facilities were generally good. Having parking available was also a big plus for us. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Cons:

The furniture and some of the room amenities were quite old and worn out. Empty toiletries, such as shampoo, were not replaced unless we specifically asked for them. Our room was also not cleaned during our stay, and it seemed that housekeeping had to be requested rather than being provided automatically. These details could definitely be improved.

Pros:

L endroit était génial, à côté de la rue des magnolia magnifique. L arbre de 600 ans directement dans la cour de l hôtel. L accueil très chaleureux.

Cons:

Le seul commentaire négatif est que c est un peu désuet.

Misadvertised!!
Pros:

Location was a little better than ok but not great.

Cons:

This place is a complete misadvertisement! The photos online did NOT match what we saw upon arrival! Run-down facilities. People smoking weed outside the room. Rust in the shower, and next to the bed lamps. Run-down furniture & TV, like things found at a thrift store. Bed bottoms were metal. It gave a very uncomfortable (and gross) feeling right away. And we couldn't see this until we arrived in person, causing us major inconvenience of scrambling to find a different place to stay last minute.
