The proximity of the location and historic site, the included breakfast was good and clean, just getting to the actual room would have e been an inconvenience if it was a rainy day.

Cons:

The property needs a lot of renovations on the outside and the renovations done on the inside seemed to be rushed and not done professionally. Ice machines were old and dirty and outdated. We had to switch rooms as the 1st room ac was not working properly. The 2nd room we were given the toilet had an issue with constantly running and me having to adjust the internals to stop running water. The property itself needed landscaping and TLC

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property
Pros:

The location was convenient and close to the historic district

Cons:

The property looked very old and poorly maintained from the outside. When I entered the room, there was an extremely strong bleach (Clorox) smell that immediately gave my family and me a headache. I also found several hairs on the bed, which made me question the cleanliness of the room. The staff was not very welcoming, and because of these issues we decided not to stay at the property. We requested a refund, but it was denied despite leaving immediately after check-in. This was a very disappointing experience.

The location is awesome! Walking distance to many attractions in old St. Augustine. On-site parking was nice and easy.

Cons:

This is an old property. From the outside, it looks well maintained, but our room had a musty odor, the furniture was old and dated, and one of the ac wall units sounded like a 747 taking off. Plus, the old town trolley tour comes by every hour or so, with the driver's narrative and clanging bells.

Liked that it had a vintage feel, and was not crowded.

Cons:

Shower head sucked, shower curtains were small and water got everywhere. And the breakfast wasn’t as good as the pictures made it out to be. Very limited options.

It was great experience and we have Villa in our good books.
Pros:

The staff was co-operative and helpful. They were very accommodating, the location was awesome. They sent the housekeeping and our needs were taken care of.

Cons:

The breakfast could be little better as everyday it was a repeated, scrambled eggs and bread and banana, also the time could be extended till 10am as when people are coming on a vacation, no one wants to getup early and rush for breakfast.

Lovely beachside villa offset a short walk from downtown.
Pros:

Breakfast was alright, well stocked with cereals and breads, just not the greatest hot foods, quality coffee both instant in the room and at breakfast.

The location is unbeatable save for the bed and breakfasts on ST.George blvd.

Cons:

Quality of the sheets and towels, the building is quite old so the minor noticeable wear and tear is excusable. Main gripe is honestly with the hot breakfast food, other than that minor detail this is a fantastic stay!
