Hotel com a rua linda
Pros:

Da localização, da linda rua atrás e do carvalho de 600 anos no meio do hotel.

Cons:

O quarto com cheiro sufocante de algum produto forte que desconheço, localização ótima com a rua linda atrás e carvalho de 600 anos no meio do hotel, pena não ser cuidado, café da manhã bem fraco, o que salva é o funcionário que fica ajudando, muito prestativo.

Todo estaba muy bien, el desayuno era muy bueno, el baño bien limpio, las camas cómodas en fin todo estaba bien. Lo recomiendo y lo volvería a usar.

Great property, great breakfast and a great stay.
Pros:

Love this property it’s gorgeous. If all the lights were working it’s a 10! Close to everything. Wonderful breakfast with quite a few options. Been here multiple times over the years and will be back again.

I was pleasantly surprised given the and the price of this hotel at how good it was. It was a very cozy room, beautifull
Pros:

Beautifully renovated to modern aesthetic, it was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

A little further than I had hoped from the attractions, 30 minute walk to the pirate boat we booked, but that was my fault for not mapping it. Still very close to the
ancient city and ghost tour we went on. Anything closer was twice the price, great value. No complaints really.

Didn't feel safe & secure in this place.
Pros:

Close to town & restaurants.

Cons:

Staff didn't come in & clean room even when we asked them too. It was loud at night time. People talking loudly outside into the early hours kept us awake. I Didn't like motel type rooms as you felt too exposed to what was going on the outside. I didn't feel safe in this property & will not be returning. It was too expensive for what it was.

Pros:

Location was perfect and really couldn't beat the price. Walked to downtown, the Old Jail, and Fountain of Youth easily.

Cons:

overall upkeep of the room could have been better. The ironing board was broken and I had to put it back together, and the hairdryer was broken when I went to use it.

Very kind and courteous staff!
Pros:

The staff is friendly and it’s in a great area! I called the front desk to ask for a late check out and she happily allowed me to! It was nice being able to explore downtown, come back to shower and then head out. The Florida heat is no joke, lol. Also, it has enjoyable outside areas, and (fun fact) is home to the Governor’s Tree!
