It was just a place to keep our belongings while we explored St. Augustine. Decent enough for a three night stay.

Pretty good for less than $80/night
Pros:

Hotel value. Good breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, etc. Rooms were remodeled and were nice considering what you pay. Ice cold air conditioning. Nice location.

Cons:

Could hear every car, truck, trolley that rode past our room day & night. The rounds


do not look like booking photos because they have not been trimmed or weeded in a while. Very little water pressure from shower. On our last day, while packing to go, there was a large, live palmetto bug on top of the dresser. I know these come in from outside but I think new windows would help muffle outdoor noise and keep disgusting bugs out!

I liked how I could drive up to room door!
Very nice. And it was very well lit up outside, so I felt safe!

Cons:

Pool hours. I never got to use the pool.

Great stay in St. Augustine
Pros:

I loved how close the property was to downtown! It saves money by not having to pay to park elsewhere! I like the large king size bed, and how the A/C kept the room cool all night. It made for such comfortable sleeping! This is my new top choice for staying in St. Augustine!

price was reasonable for location, but Deluxe King Suite was mostly a big empty room

location;we enjoyed Magnolia Street behind us and location to Uptown and Downtown Historic District, nice shower,comfortable bed

toilette bowel was not clean upon check in, floors very dirty, our feet were so dirty walking around after taking a shower, Delux King Suite had nothing in the room, mostly the bed and bathroom, place was dirty and hadn't been updated or kept up with in years, carpenter ants in room; dirty pool
