Great location but wouldn’t stay here with kids.
Pros:

Location was amazing! I was able to walk everywhere. The parking was right in front of my room. The staff helped me discover what I wanted to do in St. Augustine.

Cons:

Seem to have very sketchy neighbors that were fighting a lot and seemed to be on something. Not the cleanest as my bathroom had some major rusting going on.

Room was spacious. Shower was big

Cons:

Breakfast was the same every day. Not to many options. Only had breakfast one day.
Had to ask for towels on the 2nd day.They only Chang it after 3 days.Have to ask to change the bed on the 3rd day. No dealy cleaning

Pros:

I loved the location, and the lady who checked me in was very friendly.

Cons:

The shower head was covered in lime, so it did not look appealing to shower in. The pool had algae along the side, so we did not use this amenity. The fridge was not cool at all, so our drinks were hot.

The front desk lady was absolutely wonderful
Pros:

The breakfast was a good hot meal seating area was kept clean tables were wiped soon as they were emptied.

Cons:

I think more attention to detail in the rooms. We had fingerprints on the bathroom door that could easily be cleaned and food stain on curtains and microwave has dried food droplets
But rooms smelled very clean towels were fresh
