Pros:

Price

Cons:

The tub was clogged, floors weren't clean, and the room had a smell. I left a day early, didn't feel clean there. Breakfast offered was sub par.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, safe, and affordable, with good breakfast. Would stay again!
Pros:

Staff are very friendly.

The rooms had clearly been renovated within the last year or two so everything was nice and new. Very clean! Didn't swim in the outdoor pool but it looked fun for families out the window of the breakfast area.

Breakfast was not fancy but good, with hot eggs, sausage, and make your own waffles every day, along with a variety of cereals, fruit, quaker instant oats, yogurt, juice etc. There was free coffee all day from a machine that lets you choose a latte, cappucino, drip, decaf, etc. Ice water with citrus slices in it available in the lobby all the time.

Family vibe with wonderfully diverse range of families all enjoying breakfast together. For example, a really warm and kindly dad who might be from an Egyptian American family (just my guess because his kids had names of Egyptian cities) was practicing his Spanish in conversation with a Latino family, and then was joined by a young African American woman from a third family who also wanted to practice her Spanish. Everybody was really friendly, and genuine, and polite with each other. It actually made me really hopeful about Americans' good will and interest in connecting across differences, despite the way our politics and social media do so much to try to divide people.

The very likable manager or sales/marketing person came through the breakfast area each morning and she talked with everyone to ask if our stay was alright, if there were any problems etc.

Beds were comfortable and room amenities were good, with a Keurig coffee maker and news Keurig cups provided every day, a good iron and ironing board. Good large screen TV. Shower was good. Clean!

Location is nothing special, on a commercial strip across the parking lot from a Panera, but it felt safe, and was conveniently located 20 minutes from the airport and no far from everything else we wanted to get too. Also, it was helpful to be on a commercial strip just a 1 minute drive from a CVS.

Cons:

There were really no problems. There was a smell of marijuana in the hallway the afternoon when we arrived presumably coming from one of the rooms, but just that one time, and it wasn't too strong and didn't reach into our room. The place is posted with strict rules against smoke of any kind, so I don't fault the hotel, and other than that one time walking down the hall I didn't smell smoke of any kind anywhere, and I am sensitive and don't like cigarette or weed smell so I would have noticed.

The day staff was very nice. The night clerk was miserable and rude. Parking was awful
Pros:

Close to venue

Cons:

They allowed trucks that took up 6-8 spots each in the car/mini van parking and we had to park far away late at night.
