Good value for money, good location in a quiet part of town, still close to the centre
Pros:

Comfy bed, terrace was a bonus, clean. Lovely breakfast and never too busy

Hotel sin apenas personal, viejo que necesita una reforma urgente

Cons:

Al llegar por la noche no había nadie para abrir la puerta pese a que les avisamos de que llegábamos a esa hora. Después de dar la vuelta al hotel para buscar otro acceso, tuvimos que volver a la puerta y seguía cerrada. En toda la estancia apenas vimos personal en la recepción y el hombre de la limpieza no hablaba ni holandés ni inglés por lo que pedirle una toalla extra fue todo un reto. El hotel se ve viejo y desgastado, especialmente el baño con la puerta y marco hinchados de agua y sin pintura. El secador de pared es de otra época, tras 10segundos te quema la mano. Y para entrar a la bañera necesitas una pértiga, incluso para alguien como yo que mido casi 1.80m. Sale.poca agua de la ducha y con poca presión. Y la mini nevera resultó ser un coolbox, es decir, no enfría pero se supone que mantiene la temperatura de lo qur metes, lo cual no es cierto ya que metimos por la noche leche super fría y tuvimos que tirarla a la mañana siguiente por que se había cortado

Перебування було чудовим
Pros:

В номері було чисто, дуже привітний персонал. Зупинки трамвая в пішій доступності:) прибирали номер кожен день, хоча ми перебували там всього 3 дні.

Good environment for a short family break
Pros:

Not far from the museums and the city center. Great breakfast.

Cons:

The sofa bed is not as comfortable as a normal bed. The toilet can be a bit cleaner

Twin rooms for traveling
Pros:

The selection at breakfast was good and it catered for all of our party. The rooms were next to each other as requested. The rooms were a good size and had everything we needed.

Cons:

The breakfast was overpriced. The room and hotel in general looked outdated and the bathroom sink could have been cleaned or replaced. There was noise outside, from a construction site from 7am. Also, the music played in the corridors during the night could have been turned off or down.

very cosy hotel with persoal services
Pros:

there was always someone who can help me at the reception, even if the online check in is recommended. It was verry helpful and very nice for me because it was not clear online whether the room is ready to check in. Otherwise the person helped me for the rental bike so understandable. Thank you very much.

Cons:

this time nothing for me.
