Room on the ground floor. Food wasn’t good; didn’t feel fresh . Price for breakfast is far too expensive vs the offer and quality.

Goed maar te warm.

Cons:

De warmte in de kamer. Het was niet mogelijk de kamer koeler te krijgen dan 20graden en dan ook nog een dik dekbed. Geen oog dichtgedaan.

Upmarket location close to Vondelpark

Cons:

They require an extra fee of 7,50 EUR which according to staff is a service fee, not a city tax or alike . Guess they want to get the booking.com commission back this way . This is not okay . Rooms were ok but not worth the steep price . Value for money could be better .

Geweldige service en een comfortabel hotel
Pros:

Ik bond het geweldig. Vorig jaar verbleef ik ook een paar dagen in dit hotel. Het ontbijt is echt heel goed, de kamers zijn ruim en de sfeer is herl prettig. Ik ben heel tevreden.

Almost nice
Pros:

Hotel was in a nice quiet location and felt relaxing. The room was nice and big.

Cons:

Felt unorganized when we arrived giving us the wrong room two time before the manager stepped in to sort it all out. Cleaners come every day but the carpet in the room looked really dirty. A little more effort and this hotel could be exceptional.

Bonne emplacement.

Cons:

La chambre était sale drap tâché et troué, la salle de bain sale, la décoration était très vieille et vétuste!! Je suis très déçu, sa ne vaut pas du tout le prix que j ai payé !!

Das Frühstück war gut , das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit auch beim elektronischen Check inund out.

Cons:

Das Bad war mit Badewanne für ältere Menschen ein no Go. Es war auch nicht besonders sauber Habe mich stellenweise geekelt. Ging gar nicht .Klodeckel lose , Betten wurden auch nicht gemacht .

In a nice and quiet area. Good breakfast and nice bar.

Cons:

A/C quit working on day 2. Told the desk and they didn’t much care. Room walls by the bed were filthy. Shower ceiling had some kind of foreign matter or dried liquid on it. Check in and out difficult. Was over charged for an entire night and to have it removed (which I’m still not sure about) was very time consuming and nobody knew how to do anything. NO MGR OR SNYONE ON CHARGE per the desk clerk.
