Pros:

Average at best. On the stuffy evening we stayed there the aircon kept switching itself off, and when it was on it didn't really do anything. No tea bags, just on sachet of loose tea and one sachet of green "tea". Astronomical bar prices so we did without. The only thing this place has going for it is the close proximity to the terminals.

Friendly helpful staff, very reasonable g priced hotel and good location nearby the airport.
Pros:

Clean, great location to airport terminals and car rental returns with free shuttle bus

Cons:

It was hot in the UK and like most places that don’t have AC in the rooms it was a little uncomfortable with only a small fan running.

Food was average in dining room, but not too expensive.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean room. The shuttle bus driver was so helpful especially with an elderly man on his own.

Cons:

The air conditioning for the room seemed to be controlled centrally. We rang down twice and although it was apparently restarted, it just went off again. It was 30oC day! Made sleeping difficult and totally lost benefit of staying there to sleep before an early flight.

Great dining experience
Pros:

Álex has tended to us in the restaurant, and it was a great experience. Was keen to offer options to us in the menu, and was very alert at when we were finishing to bring the next course. Will definitely be coming back because of his great service.

Good to stay over for the night th
Pros:

The breakfast was really good after finding things ie glasses for the juice & staff very helpful & happy even though they were very busy. Good to get a transfer coach back to the airport for our train home. We think the taxi took us the long way around going.!

Cons:

The alarm going off when we didn't know where to put the plastic card in, being so late at night & dark which wasn't near the door but an alarm box was.? The Pillows were really hard, so I couldn't sleep
Wasn't able to get a shower as the bath was too slippery with having no bath mat.? The top cover far too heavy to use, window was open so disturbed sleep at 5.30am from aeroplanes going over head.

Older hotel, yet clean. Oke staff. Airco is outdated.

Old hotel. Old facilities. Airco automatically switched off after 2 hours. Complaint about that but no response /solution to provided.

Close to Airport
Pros:

Closeness to the airport,fantastic shuttle service. Room was clean and comfy. I love a bath and the plug was missing. It took an hour to find a replacement after we spoke to someone different after first request was ignored. Not a huge issue but just frustrating
