Minunată 🙂
Pros:

Curățenie personal calificat camerele dotate cu tot ce este necesar să te simți mai bine ca și acasă iar restaurantul foarte bun mâncare excelentă personal cu experiența și rapiditate 🙂

Cons:

Nu este ceva să nu îți placă dacă cineva spune asta o face doar din răutate 🙏🙂

Good location
Great curteousy bus to airport terminals.

Cons:

Basic "airport hotel" with high turnover.
Adjacent rooms can be noisy with people leaving 4am onwards.
Had to ask 3 times for a hair dryer that arrived 4 hours later.
No luggage rack for suitcases.

Would stay in this hotel again if getting flights from Manchester. Stayed on 15th June
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Alex in the restaurant provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, welcoming and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Highly appreciated. Food was excellent too.

Cons:

TV in room did not work.

My experience at the hotel was rather underwhelming.
Pros:

Proximity to the airport. online check in was great.

Cons:

Staff could be more friendly and inviting at the reception.They can inform the guests of the facilities and what's available. House keeping can do much better. Cups in the room were not cleaned.Toilet flushing system did not work properly.

Comfy & easy
Pros:

Super comfy beds, very helpful staff. My friend joined for dinner to say a last good buy and it was just all so easy and efficient. Good food and drinks too.

Cons:

We were stuck on the M6 for 6 hours so I called the hotel to let them know, eventually got there at five to midnight and the bar was closing, we explained that we just wanted a drink after a very stressful journey but they werent interested, neither were the bar staff when we asked if we could get a drink just before they closed at midnight - we were offered a half bottle of wine from the vending machine at £33 so we retired to bed. I realise being stuck on the motorway was not the fault of the hotel but the staffs non caring attitude was more of an issue - we checked in 11.55 and checked out at 3.40am - not the best start to our holiday
