Pros:

La buena atención del personal, buen desayuno.

Cons:

Un poco el ruido de la parte exterior por el tráfico, y lo que no me gustó es que el personal de limpieza de la mañana no respeta el horario de salida y te están golpeando la puerta a cada 20 minutos antes de las 10:00 😩

Decepción total: caro, sucio e inseguro
Pros:

Mi estancia de cuatro noches en este hotel fue realmente muy mala. La relación entre el precio y la calidad del servicio es completamente desproporcionada.

La habitación fue entregada en condiciones inaceptables. No estaba debidamente limpia, tenía un olor desagradable y presentaba evidentes problemas de aseo. Lo más grave fue que encontramos un elemento cortopunzante incrustado en el tapete del piso, junto a la cama. Lamentablemente, esto ocasionó una cortadura en uno de los dedos de la mano de mi esposo, situación que nunca esperaría vivir en un hotel y que evidencia una grave falta de control en las labores de limpieza y seguridad. También observamos la presencia de insectos o pequeños ácaros en la habitación, lo que hizo la estancia aún más incómoda.

Las instalaciones son muy deficientes. Las áreas comunes son escasas, poco agradables y carecen de una ventilación adecuada. El sistema de aire acondicionado es insuficiente, por lo que la habitación permanece calurosa e incómoda, especialmente en verano.

Otro aspecto negativo fue la atención al cliente. Fue muy difícil comunicarse porque no encontramos personal que hablara español, lo que dificultó obtener ayuda o resolver cualquier inquietud durante la estancia.

En términos generales, la calidad del hotel está muy por debajo de lo que anuncia y de lo que cobra. El costo de la estadía es excesivo para las condiciones que ofrece. Esperaba un establecimiento limpio, seguro y confortable, pero encontré todo lo contrario.

No volvería a hospedarme en este hotel y definitivamente no lo recomendaría a otros viajeros. Mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante y considero que existen muchas mejores opciones en París por un precio similar o incluso inferior.

Cons:

La habitación estaba sucia, con mal olor y deficientes condiciones de higiene. Encontramos un elemento cortopunzante incrustado en el tapete junto a la cama, que ocasionó una cortadura en un dedo de la mano de mi esposo. Las instalaciones son básicas, las áreas comunes son escasas, el aire acondicionado es insuficiente y la relación calidad-precio es muy mala. No lo recomiendo.

C’était sympa mais un peu déçu que le personnel ne veuillent pas travailler un samedi soir

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement : pratique, calme, propre, et proche des transports en communs.
Les personnels de l’accueil se sont montrés très accueillants et très polis.

Cons:

Le soir de la finale du top 14, nous sommes revenus et balade, et avons voulu regarder le match au bar de l’hôtel, afin d’en profiter pour boire un verre.
La serveuse a refusé de me servir au bar, me demandant d’aller m’asseoir et d’attendre son collègue, qui viendrait nous voir. Ce dernier n’est jamais venu. J’en ai conclus que le personnel de l’hôtel n’avait pas envie de travailler ce soir là, donc nous sommes remontés en chambre. Nous avons été très déçu de cette soirée.

Personál byl excelentní, i když někteří pracovníci neovládali angličtinu, stále jsme se domluvili. Skvělá poloha hotelu, v čisté a klidné části Paříže. Rychlý check-in i check-out. Doporučuji si přikoupit snídaně, je tam obrovský výběr jídla.

Cons:

Pokoje už mají něco za sebou a dá se to poznat. Co tedy nám trošku vadilo byl smradlavý odpad v koupelně, a když se člověk myl, tak všude byla voda po celé koupelně.

Le faltaría tener una nevera para poder comprar cosas que necesitan refrigeración y tenerlas en la habitación. Pero de resto está muy bien.
