The Eresin Hotels Topkapı is a strategically located Hotel with easy access to the Kabataş Tram. The room is well maintained & the service team is amazing - offering great advice on restaurants, how to get around from the hotel & always ready to help. Special mention goes to Mr. Tunahan Körçoban, who helped us with bookings prior to arrival and also helped us resolve a problem we faced with a transport company yielding a positive outcome. Thank you for the excellent customer service!!

1 Star – Stay Away from This Hotel
We stayed at this hotel from July 10 to July 17, 2026, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Around $500 disappeared from the safe in our room during our stay. We reported it immediately, expecting the hotel to take the situation seriously. Instead, they showed little concern, carried out no meaningful investigation, and offered no real assistance.
What is the purpose of providing a room safe if guests cannot trust it? A hotel’s first responsibility is the safety and security of its guests and their belongings. In our case, we felt completely let down.
The most disappointing part was not only the missing money, but the hotel’s attitude. They made us feel as though our complaint did not matter and took no effective action to resolve the issue.
After this experience, I would never stay here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. If you care about your valuables and expect professional customer service when something goes wrong, I strongly suggest booking somewhere else.
The hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff were exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The food was great - especially breakfast. Housekeeping and Room service were brilliant and all staff very helpful.
The jacuzzi could have been warmer and we didn't like wearing swim hats but understand the reason. The Brownie desert was not very appetising as it was too hard to eat but all other meals were lovely. The VIP airport shuttle service was overpriced so I recommend just booking a taxi. There isn't an outdoor garden area for relaxing / sunbathing.
Good location, 6-7 stops to Sultanahmet Square. Kind and helpful staff. Ilayda deserves special mention as she did her best to make our days in Istanbul unforgettable.

We stayed in July this year and had a lovely time! The receptionists Ilayrla and Métisa were both lovely and helped us with everything we needed! Everyone was very friendly and room was very hygienic, clean and well set up. Exhausted from travelling we ordered room service which was absolutely worth the experience and came well set up. The atmosphere, amenities and value were all up to a high standard. As Australian travellers would definitely recommend for anyone laying over or staying in Istanbul.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my mother. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring Istanbul. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and many attractions. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of options. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
