Comfortable & pleasant.
Pros:

Large rooms, clean facilities. Turkish bath & spa facilities were lovely. Reception & spa staff were very helpful. Massage was very relaxing after a busy day. We had flies in our room but housekeeping came & sorted that out quickly. Located a fair distance outside city centre (booked by a third party) but tram into centre was convenient.

A mix back for me, mostly good things to say about this place. The hospitality from the staff were a standout.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. Very attentive, very helpful and they acted very quickly when we needed help. Breakfast was good, assorted, loads of options and the breakfast and entrance area is beautiful.

Cons:

The property itself was old, wear and tear I. The bathrooms, switching on the shower was difficult, the plug to the bathtub didn’t work properly. One of the rooms smelled of smoke when we got in, however the staff acted quickly to change our rooms when we said we were unhappy. The pool was too cold to swim in. It was freezing cold. I loved the sauna and the shock shower associated with that.

The rooms and bed linen were clean. Breakfast was satisfactory, though I’ve had better.

Cons:

Overall, I was disappointed with this hotel, especially with the staff and the level of service. Check-in was very frustrating: other guests who arrived before and after me received their keys, while I was repeatedly told to wait until I finally complained. The staff were not welcoming or helpful, and even bottled water was difficult to get. The location was also not great — the area felt dirty and unpleasant. Unfortunately, this was not the level of hospitality I usually experience in Turkey.

Pros:

This is my favourite hotel in Istanbul which I found very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly especially Mr.Erol and Fmre in the reception. Also the manger was a respectful gentleman not sure about his name, Mr.k. He was very helpful. All of them were welcoming with smiley faces, especially yassin. I'd like to thank them all.

Fantastic accomodation
Pros:

Luxury hotel ,, vintage design ,, fantastic spa and pool section with sauna , steam , Turkish bath , jacuzzi and pool . Friendly staff , great breakfast , good service and rooms . A little bit far from downtown but T1 tram just 1 min walk . Nearby area is nice with delicious Turkish restaurants behinds , also carffour market one minute away … I have good memories there
