Pros:

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The biggest advantages are its excellent location and the very friendly and helpful staff, who made me feel welcome throughout my visit.

Cons:

On the downside, there were no breakfast. The facilities are quite old and could benefit from renovation. The air conditioning was very noisy, which made it difficult to sleep, and the rooms felt rather dark due to limited lighting.

I travel a lot, and this was the worst day I’ve ever had a facility
Pros:

This was the worst day I’ve ever had at a facility. It was advertised as two beds, and there was one bed and they had no rollaway or anything, and there was my husband myself and my daughter. They were so unhelpful and rude.

The property is in great walking distance to downtown Annapolis

Cons:

The room was filthy, there was dust around the walls of the carpeting, the room smelled of a musty odor and dampness. The bathroom was so poorly lit that the spouse had to use a flashlight to apply her makeup. The television did not work either

We absolutely love Annapolis and staying at Governor Calvert House (2nd time) is very convenient.
Pros:

The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. It was also very quiet and looked out over the courtyard.

Cons:

The room itself was great. We were disappointed by the complimentary coffee in the lobby. At 7:00 am the coffee tasted horrible, it was already look warm, there was hardly any creamer and the tiny little trash can there was over-flowing.
