I highly recommend the Londra Palace. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The rooms are remodeled and fantastic. While the rooms and restaurant are first-rate, what really makes this place special is the staff - - they are available, friendly and terrifically knowledgeable.

The breakfast and presentation were excellent, and the staff were absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful experience.

The Londra Palace Venice is remarkable in every way. Exquisite accommodations and stunning public spaces, preemptive, gracious and highly personalized service, exceptional dining and the perfect location in a magical city. The full-service breakfast served outdoors in an elegant, private and shaded retreat in front of the hotel on the promenade is absolutely delightful. A terrace suite is essential to appreciate the breathtaking views of the Grand Canal and islands beyond. Brilliant attention to detail with the room amenities and decor. And we were so grateful to be offered an early check-in upon our morning arrival after a long flight. Truly impressive.

Londra Palace exceeded our expectations. The staff was amazing and went out of their way for us everyday. The rooms are beautiful (AC worked great, so nice and cool). The location is perfect very close to St. Marks Square, restaurants and attractions. We had lunch there and it was very fresh and the breakfast made to order in the am were excellent. If I could give this hotel 10 stars (and I am picky as we stay in a lot of 5 star hotels) I would!!! If your budget allows, book it you won’t be disappointed.

From the moment I arrived, the staff set the tone: warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making each stay feel personal. This is a Relais & Châteaux property, and you sense it in the way every detail is handled — not with formality, but with a kind of practiced ease that makes you feel like a returning friend, even on your first visit.

But the real showstopper here is the altana — the hotel’s traditional Venetian wooden rooftop terrace. It’s one of the highest in the city, and standing up there, you get a 360-degree sweep of Venice: the lagoon shimmering below, the rooftops and bell towers stretching out in every direction, and on a clear day, the Dolomites etched on the horizon. The hotel can arrange a private brunch, dinner, or aperitivo up here, complete with a curated picnic hamper of local delicacies. I can’t overstate this: a meal on the altana is a bucket-list experience, the kind of moment that makes you fall in love with Venice all over again. If you do one thing here, make it this.

The room was beautiful and the view of the venetian lagoon was unforgetable. Also the breakfast was 1st class and delicious.
