Nichts Außergewöhnliches, am besten keine Hohen Erwartungen haben

Nah im Innenstadtbereich

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle desinteressiert und haben mich kaum mit Informationen versorgt. Ob es z.B. frühstück gibt bzw. wann und wo dieser Stattfindet. Permanent musste ich alles nachhaken.

Desweiteren musste ich feststellen, dass ich die Informationen über Booking richtig verstanden habe und hier eine Minibar angeboten wird. Leider musste ich die Erfahrung machen, dass nichts vorhanden ist, dann bitte diese Information aus Booking.com heraus nehmen. Es ist sehr ärgerlich vetrocknet nach einer Reiese zu kommen um am Ende festzustellen, dass Minibar überhaupt nicht angeboten wird. Solch ein Schwachsinn höre och zum ersten mal, vor allem in solch einem Hotel. Ich bin kein Honors Kunde, allerdings kenne ich andere Hilton Double Three Hotels, wo viel mehr angeboten wird!

Des Weiteren habe ich mit Flussblick Reserviert, das was ich sah, war der Dachbereich vom Hotel. Mit Vögeln und Vogelkot.

Pros:

Термальный бассейн и спа очень понравились, мягкие кровати. Персонал приветливый , по нашей просьбе предоставили бесплатно дополнительную кровать для ребенка.

Cons:

Грязные окна снаружи, подуставший ремонт, при заселении дали номер с сильным запахом сигарет, но по нашей просьбе заменили на другой.
