Super convenient location and generally nice enough that I would come back again if the price is right and I need to be

The woman at check in (Christina?) was very kind and went out of her way to help. The room was spacious. The towels were amazing!

Cons:

The room wasn’t cleaned very well: there was an apple in the floor and food wrappers on the heating vent. Some of the staff were not very friendly, verging on rude.

Too close for comfort
Pros:

Being in New York City location was the key, so we could walk to most of the venues. This mid Town location made that possible. The Hotel hospitality was warm, gracious, and made us feel like home away from home. The room was comfortable with our daily bottles of water, it was spotlessly clean, and spacious with bright windows. The hallways were clean and smelled fresh. The bar was cozy with great cocktails, and the jazz music at the piano bar added to the whole gust experience. I intend to go back to New york and stay at this hotel and location.

An amazing Hotel and Hidden Gem in NYC! (From a Hilton Honors and BonVoy member)!
Pros:

First of all Deniz in the front desk is incredible. Attentive, efficient and professional. Incredible stay at the NH in NYC. It was a last minute business meeting, I am a Hilton Honors and BonVoy member and after looking extensively, I found this great property! It did not disappoint. Ample room to relax downstairs, great vibes at the bar, the restaurant and a great room. I highly recommend this property.
