Lovely clean hotel with a great location.
Pros:

Excellent location, really comfy beds, lovely clean hotel with great reception staff. Strong air con.

Cons:

Minor but the outside of the windows was quite dirty so you couldn’t take good photos.

Plesant Stay at NH Collection
Pros:

Walkable distance to major Manhatattan attractions and Indian restautants. Lobby and Rooms were well maintained. Staff were very jovial and always welcoming. The in room toileteries were adequate and housekeeping staff were excellent.

Pros:

Die Größe des Zimmers war für New York-Verhältnisse gut und sauber. Es war in der Nacht sehr ruhig.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, nur 10 Gehminuten vom Bryant Park und Grand Central entfernt, somit Alles in der Nähe was man braucht.

Hotel carino un po' anonimo ma non mancava nulla, buona colazione a buffet, personale gentile e disponibile, Posizione centrale mid town zona tranquilla per la metro 2 opzioni a 5 minuti a piedi la Grand Central St, o Bryant park. Una 2 minuti anche per la 5 Avenue e 10 minuti per raggiungere il Rockfeller center.
La Camera grande per gli standard newyorkesi. Bagno perfetto senza vasca con grande doccia in box di cristallo

Overpriced and could have been better.
Pros:

Great location, generally good staff, perfectly acceptable but could be better

Cons:

Very noisy aircon in the room, so unusable at night. The bar are was stupidly over priced, and no doubt for that reason deserted. Drop your prices to just expensive, cheer your staff up and maybe it would be a nice place to spend some time in?

Underwhelmed—- they could do better ! This was a 2 1/2 * at best!

Location good if you want to be around mid town—-

Cons:

Needs an update—- “ smelled” old. Walls of halls needed a refresh— some marks — trash was outside of rooms. Not the look of a $800 a night NYC hotel. Not a comfortable sleep — flimsy pillows. AC was very loud— and randomly shut off during the night—the heat and conversely the noise kept waking us up. No room service . No restaurant in hotel—- stayed in NH in Madrid— and the two could not be more different .
