Good location, very nice lobby, bar and jazz performance at the bar

Cons:

Room air conditioner are very noisy. Towels weee not removed by house keeping but were not replaced.

TOP zážitek
Pros:

Hotel má krásné prostory, snídaně se podávala v restauraci Serafina a byla vynikající. Ze všech našich hotelů v NYC, byl tento hotel nejvíc TOP. Má skvělou polohu, v dochozí vzdálenosti jsou všechny možné památky. Morganova knihovna je prakticky ve vedlejší ulici.

Posizione ottima. Colazione buona quando si ricordavano di rifornire. Camera confortevole e pulita ma anche qui mancava sempre qualcosa

Cons:

Il personale delle pulizie è molto disattento, eravamo in 6 con 3 stanze e tutte con rifornimento diverso. Avrebbero dovuto esserci accappatoi, ciabatte e acqua in tutte le stanze ma così non è stato, 2 su 3 mal rifornite x 10gg.
Abbiamo chiesto la carta igienica x 2 volte perché non hanno ritenuto necessario rifornirla. Nelle pulzie troppo distratte e approssimative

Good location, great staff, hotel needs some renovations/cleaning

Very local to attractions, easy to walk everywhere

Cons:

We had to change rooms because the water was yellow/brown, the staff happily changed our rooms but it made the stay quite uncomfortable with the thought of “bathing” in dirty water especially with our baby on the trip.

Hôtel confortable, propre et bien placé dans un quartier calme
Pros:

L’emplacement, le calme de la chambre, le confort, les équipements. La taille de la chambre est tout à fait convenable.

Cons:

La climatisation est très bruyante même avec le ventilateur au minimum.

New York indimenticabile e indescrivibile
Pros:

Buona posizione e nonostante la via trafficata abbiamo dormito bene. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato i refill continui di acqua e cialde di caffè, la gentilezza dello staff, la grande e accogliente hall dove quasi ogni sera c’è musica dal vivo

Nulla per cui non ci ritornerei 😉
