If we decide to vacation in the same area next time, we will choose this place as our halfway stopping point!
Pros:

This place was clean and the lobby was beautiful. Our room was spacious and a great price for all that was offered. There was a large selection for breakfast. My toddler loved the koi pond and being able to feed the fish.

Cons:

Our room was somewhat humid and had a musty smell. We were there during a heat wave so it may have been that the AC couldn’t keep up as well.

The room I got was amazing. Two king, living room, dining area and mini kitchen. Very spacious.

Cons:

The kids from other families were left unattended in the pools and water was everywhere. Kids were knocking on doors.

my worst hotel expeirence in decades

Cons:

first room had a very strong odor of marijuana smoke; it was midnight and I was tired and had to go back down to get another room

second room was dirty, old and with a bathtub faucet that dripped water all the time and half the epoxy coating on the tub was peeled off.

night stand table top had some type of strange drippings on top

all interior furnishings and flooring were cracked, dirty chipped and outdated

Embassy Suites needs to shut this place down and start over; embarrassing for Ruths Chris to have a location in the hotel; what a dichotomy

Pros:

No hot water for showers. Rude employees. Did not try to solve the hot water issues. Merely asid that the building was old!

Decent hotel, good breakfast.
Pros:

Great location. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff

Cons:

There were numerous LARGE roaches (20+) in the lobby when we checked in. All around the pond area. Thankfully none were in our hotel room and our room was clean.

For a $200 there was no extra value over a $100 per night hotel and Paid parking was not worth it.

Paid parking wasn’t any extra value. Poor Oder management of the garbage. In room HVAC was loud disruptive.

Uncomfortable stay
Cons:

Our room was not clean at all. There was stuff all on the carpet. Our bed sheets were dirty and stained with urine and red stains underneath the sheets. Had to get them to come remake our bed TWICE. Bathroom sink had black mold around the rim.
