The omelet at breakfast was good. We also appreciated the employee who stepped in and helped us find two wine glasses after the front desk employee refused to help.

Cons:

The experience was terrible, and I would never stay here again. The “by Hilton” name is clearly too big for this hotel.

We requested a room without a bathtub, but the entire bathroom flooded whenever we took a shower. The toilet did not even have a lid, and the sink was outside the bathroom, literally diagonally across from the bed.

The door separating the living room from the main bedroom did not work. Breakfast was quite bad. Apart from the omelet, everything was bland, and there were very few options. The fruit was unripe and poor quality, with very little variety.

I bought a bottle of wine at the hotel and asked for two wine glasses so we could drink it in our room. The woman at the front desk rudely told us, “We don’t have any.” Another employee had to step in and help us.

They also charge $45 plus tax per night for parking, which is far too expensive considering all the hotel’s shortcomings.

Honestly, this hotel was a disgrace.

Wonderful stay!!
Pros:

The Happy hour
We really appreciated having an early check in, and now being charged for it. We got off our cruise at 930 am, he didn't charge us for checking in early. Thank you Maeko!!
Only a 5 minutes Uber ride to the airport!!

Cons:

Cost was high for just one night.

Perfekt auch für Familien
Pros:

Die Zimmer und die gesamte Hotelanlage sind sehr schön und top ausgestattet. Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut. Ein tolles Extra: Snacks und Drinks am Abend sind inklusive. Der Spielbereich für Kinder und der Poolbereich hat unseren Kindern besonders gut gefallen.
​Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Cons:

Die Parkgebühren 45 Dollar/ Nacht sind sehr hoch.

Struttura all'apparenza lussuosa ma non nuova, con le camere accessibili da corridoi "a ringhiera" (per chi soffre di vertigini potrebbe dare fastidio). Ascensori panoramici suggestivi. Hall molto grande con angolo giochi per bambini. Camere spaziose, però nel bagno la vasca con la tenda

Non esiste al mondo che chiedano 45 dollari a notte per il parcheggio (90 dollari per 2 notti)!!! Così come 7 dollari per un pacchetto di patatine del corner accanto alla reception! Posizione decentrata, anche se non lontana da un treno per il centro. A colazione coda molto lunga per il banco dei piatti cucinati

I knocked my wedding ring behind the huge dresser and couldn't budge it. The desk sent up Anthony and he was able to move the dresser and get my ring. ;-)

Pros and cons.
Pros:

Even if the offered breakfast was the same, breakfast always helps. The indoor pool is nice, the rooms are very spacious everything smelled and looked clean.

Cons:

When I checked in, I didn't get much help from the staff assisting me. I called front desk and hung up on me. Paid parking yet didn't have enough spaces for cars.
