The room was very comfortable and the public areas of the hotel excluding the pool were really nice. They were excellent at responding to text requests. It was easy to access the city via public transportation.
The pool really needed to be tended to more, it was dirty all around the pool (not in the pool but the areas surrounding) and there was a need for more towels. They did bring them upon request.
Parking slots were too small

Location, not close to other food or shopping
My husband and I have stayed at this location several times, but never have when been met with such incredible customer service as this past weekend! We had mistakenly booked for the day after we arrived and after a long day of travel were flustered with our blunder but Maeko brought kindness, professionalism, and efficiency in a situation that could’ve otherwise ruined our trip! Appreciate it - we will definitely be back!

The service at this location is better than most Embassy Suites locations, and in our experience, that is because of the customer service at the front desk. In particular, Maeko was amazing! There were a few hiccups during our stay, and Maeko solved all of our issues immediately and was so friendly and warm while doing so. The quality of service we received from Maeko is more reminiscent of a 5-star hotel, which made us confident in giving this 5-star review.
