My experience so far is going amazingly! Fou at the front desk was so welcoming when we first checked-in and was absolutely helpful while trying to extend our stay and additional assistance with our room. Fou is a rockstar!

Das frisch zubereitete Omelett zur Frühstück ist lecker und deren Auswahl ist gut, aber ein bisschen Aufschnitt und Käse für aufs Brot wäre noch gut.
Eine Deckelampe im Wohnteil des Zimmers wäre gut gewesen, weil die Stehlampe das Zimmer nicht ausreichend beleuchten können.
In-room television did not work. Staff was unable to repair.

All the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The hotel was clean as was the room. I liked having the “office” space so that I could conduct a zoom meeting in private. Multiple sinks were very important so we could prepare for the day with ease. Mo at Taste restaurant was an absolute delight!
I am not sure why this hotel has a lower rating. I was sceptical to book because of that but was pleasantly surprised. The front desk was very friendly each time we were up there. Alyssa checked us in and was super sweet. The hotel is super clean and our room was spacious. The Caltrain was walkable and made a quick and easy commute to downtown without having to deal with parking or traffic.
Staff was friendly and fast with check in. Gave us water and greeted us with a smile.

Saturday morning breakfast could have started at the usual time.
Maeko and the team at the front desk were amazing. They got me into a room quickly and provided an excellent run down of the features and amenities at the hotel. Will certainly make this hotel a go to for my future business travel to SF.
