Hotel was under construction during stay. Had to change rooms after check in due to water leak in bathroom. Staff was very kind and sympathetic about changing me to a better room.
Walkways and area around pool were torn up and being jack hammered during morning hours. Very noisy! Light bulbs were missing from several lamps. Some were not plugged in. Neighboring guests stood outside my door and loudly talked till 1 am. Curtains on window were damaged and would not close completely to cover window area. I had to use office clips to secure them shut. Tv audio came on at level 89 to blast noisy when you turned it on every time.
The price was good, but I guess we got what we paid for.
Humidity in the room made my husband asthma flair up. Humidity also made the floors a bit sticky. We eventually noticed the door wasn't completely sealed at the bottom - light and humidity was coming in through the crack.

Pool was great and pool guy very nice person. The front desk stuff were very nice as well.
The room was not cleaned, my little daughter found men's underwear under the bed. Disgusting😬
The location.
Carpet in room needs replacement. The property appears to be a long time rental for some of the tenants.
Jennifer the front desk person was friendly, kind,sweet and just all around wonderful and understanding. She was the only thing good about that place.
The whole place needs to be torn down and replaced. It wasn't easy getting to your rooms. You had to drag luggage a half mile. Room was very dated and smelled like smoke and dirty body order. Dirt every where you looked. Curtains in room had holes in them and brown and black stains on them. Room looked nothing like picture on website. No closet space. Wardrobe was broken and had to be held up by a table. Hard to find an outlets. Very dark and gloomy. Booked for weekend and had to leave a right and get another hotel for weekend. Over all the worst place ever.

The pool looked nice, but we did not have time to use it.
The first room we were assigned smelled like cigarette smoke and pot smoke. The second room we were assigned had a strong chemical/perfume type of smell that seemed to be masking other smells. The carpet was sticky, the pillows were tiny and floppy. There was no bedding for the fold out. I sent the teens to the front desk and they came back with TWO sheets...no blanket, no pillows. Did not feel like it was a safe area for my family. I really wish I had just paid $30-$50 more for a better place. Lesson learned.
The people at the desk were nice and fixed the TV when I called.
Noise! Paper thin walls. The curtains would not close in front of the window. I had to go to Target to get big chip clips to close it. There was a panel in the bathroom that would not close. Beds were rock hard!
