Pros:

Leider war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden. Die Balkontür funktionierte nicht richtig und die Klimaanlage war sehr schlecht, sodass der Aufenthalt im Zimmer unangenehm war. Besonders enttäuschend war außerdem der Umgang des Personals an der Rezeption. Ich empfand die Kommunikation als unfreundlich und wenig professionell. Von einem Hilton-Hotel hatte ich einen deutlich besseren Service und einen höheren Standard erwartet.

Cons:

Leider ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt, der meinen Erwartungen an ein Hilton-Hotel nicht entsprochen hat.

Als deutsche Staatsbürgerin war ich über den Umgang mit mir in diesem Hotel sehr enttäuscht. Besonders an der Rezeption habe ich Freundlichkeit, Respekt und einen menschlichen Umgang vermisst. Eine solche Behandlung entspricht überhaupt nicht dem Service und der Gastfreundschaft, die ich von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarte.

Hinzu kommt, dass der Zimmerpreis meiner Meinung nach viel zu hoch für den gebotenen Standard ist. Im Zimmer gab es mehrere Mängel: Die Balkontür funktionierte nicht richtig, die Klimaanlage war unzureichend, und insgesamt gibt es einiges, das dringend repariert und verbessert werden sollte. Bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse und insbesondere bei Hilton hätte ich deutlich mehr Qualität, Professionalität und einen besseren Umgang mit den Gästen erwartet.

Leider war mein Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für mich überhaupt nicht.

Bij het zwembad werd er niet schoongemaakt waardoor de grond vies was en ik het niet fijn vond om daar te zwemmen
